Above and beyond! I have a pretty old truck that needs lots of attention. The air conditioner went out and they got it in to fix it. It only worked for about half of I have a pretty old truck that needs lots of attention. The air conditioner went out and they got it in to fix it. It only worked for about half of a day. So they got it back in right away and found the problem was more complicated than originally diagnosed. They were adamant about not stopping until it was working properly. They gave me a very nice car to use while they fixed my truck. I'm certain they spent way more man hours on it than they billed me for which makes me think they go above and beyond for their customers. I am beyond happy with my experience! More

At first I was a bit offended - second tech did great I was running late and when I showed up I was made to feel like a real idiot. Gosh I was 15 minutes late and not sure if they could work me or not. I was running late and when I showed up I was made to feel like a real idiot. Gosh I was 15 minutes late and not sure if they could work me or not. I wanted to take the keys and just go some place else. But they did get me in and did the review. The second tech was very nice. Explained after two hours what they were doing and then about about half hour later they gave me a bid and charged me 60 bucks for diagnosis. Getting bids elsewhere but overall I was satisfied. More

The professionalism began with my call to Service Department, late yesterday afternoon. I spoke with Tucker. From the beginning of the call, to the end, Tucker's upbeat tone, professional telephone etiquette, and eagerness to accommodate my request, far exceeded not only my expectations, but also, all other notable positive customer service interactions of which I have encountered as a consumer. Upon entering the facility today, Tucker greeted me (by name) with a genuine smile, eye contact, and offered opportunity for questions or comments I might have, prior to notifying technician to begin the service. Aaron was also present upon my entrance, and offered the same sincere greeting: and pleasantly engaged in a brief acquaintance exchange of conversation. Both gentlemen displayed an excellence in providing patrons with top-notch service, which, most certainly, ensures ultimate customer satisfaction and return business. Model employees of which any employer would be grateful to have on their team. I feel the service technician was thorough and speedy with the routine service maintenance of my vehicle; offering information and advice for making certain I achieve the best performance and longevity attainable for the life of my SUV.
