Great service in the service department. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have a factory reciever hitch installed and the service department did a great job in the service department. repair of bad ball joint I bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Scott Cooper was the salesman. What a pleasure it was to work with a man who sincerely wanted to be helpful. We I bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. Scott Cooper was the salesman. What a pleasure it was to work with a man who sincerely wanted to be helpful. We loved the van and the low pressure sales atmosphere. When I took it to my mechanic to have an all wheel alignment he said the left-front, lower ball-joint would not pass the motor vehicle safety inspection. When I contacted the dealership, Guy Vanderlinden said to bring it up and they would look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by Deryck Koenig in the service department. He looked at the bad ball-joint, replaced it, and did a four wheel alignment in less than 90 minutes. Guess what? No charge! Bob K. and Kelsea W. were great to work with as well. They DO deserve a five-star rating. It is nice to be treated with respect and to deal with a dealership with such integrity, and great people working together to let that integrity be seen. I only have my truck serviced at Woody's Derek and Kelsey have great customer service skills. I don't think I could find a better place to take care of my truck. Routine service review I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. E I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. Everyone was very nice and friendly. After picking my truck up I noticed the new was on but hub cap not put back on. The spare tire was thrown back in back not rehung under the truck. Also the tire pressure indicator was still on from not resetting the system after replacing. I turned around and went back and they did put the hub cap on and did fix the indicator. I still had to put the spare back under the truck when I got home. Overall the service was good. People were great but I would have really expected the job to be finished. I wouldn't have complained but it was just enough of the little things to not make it "excellent" service. More
