Routine service review I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. E I made an appt for routine oil change. I also needed a tire replaced. I came in with the spare on and blown tire in the back. The service was great. Everyone was very nice and friendly. After picking my truck up I noticed the new was on but hub cap not put back on. The spare tire was thrown back in back not rehung under the truck. Also the tire pressure indicator was still on from not resetting the system after replacing. I turned around and went back and they did put the hub cap on and did fix the indicator. I still had to put the spare back under the truck when I got home. Overall the service was good. People were great but I would have really expected the job to be finished. I wouldn't have complained but it was just enough of the little things to not make it "excellent" service. More

The repairs were performed correctly to fix my problems quickly and personnel couldn't have been friendlier. In the event it was necessary to leave my vehicle, I was provided a very nice loaner. Tucker in the service department handled me with soothing courtesy, did a quick diagnostic on the car without requiring that I make an appointment, and put my mind at ease about the Caliber's condition. And for all that, there was no charge--I should have tipped Tucker for his friendliness alone! More
Too many gremlins My overly suspicious nature was not alleviated by the "gremlins" that seemed to pop up a couple weeks after an oil change. First the Wiper motor burne My overly suspicious nature was not alleviated by the "gremlins" that seemed to pop up a couple weeks after an oil change. First the Wiper motor burned up because of "sludge" in the holding bottle. Next the check engine light came on. New gas cap fixed for about 10 days, then had to have the whole system replaced. These fixes were in excess of $200. After I had all the oils changed in the oil holding parts, the check engine light came on again. Had it repaired because the fuel pump and fuel level gauge was again attacked by a gremlin. Had this done by another trusted mechanic to the tune of $389. Just kept getting more and more! If it keeps happening now, then I truly got a LEMON. Course, none of this was covered by warranty. Just never had a Jeep give me these kind of fits and will seriously look for another brand on my next purchase. More
