Transmission rebuild They kept me updated on a daily basis on the progress and did a great job. This issue was caused by a quick oil change business that disabled my transmission while doing an oil change. I chose Woody's to fix the problem they created. Woody's understood how important this vehicle was too me and took great care of me. This was an old vehicle (1994) that I bought new and have loved the entire time I have owned it. I was worried since I was not paying for the work (the oil change shop was) that my concerns would not be met, but they were and I could not have asked for better treatment. More

He had a loaner waiting for me when I dropped the car off. Bob and Kelsea took care of me in the service department and were very friendly and helpful. Bob took care of the issue with the headlight assembly and the loose trim around the rear wheel. He ran into more issues than expected but had another part shipped in over night and had it fixed the next day. More

I left my Bernese mtn dog at home for this,which made me nervous they put up with that very well. As I carried on about my 9month old puppy and leaving my jeep behind and showing them pictures of her....so patient and personable. Service manager even came out and asked them if they needed any help with customers,it also appeared the other customers were treated the same. Very nice experience More
