Stellar customer Service My 2016 Jeep had a hiccup first thing in the morning. I did not call ahead, I just pulled into the service center and walked in where I was greeted b My 2016 Jeep had a hiccup first thing in the morning. I did not call ahead, I just pulled into the service center and walked in where I was greeted by Deryk Koenig and Bob Heldenbrand . I wS upset due to car issue and the need to get to work. They were so accommodating and told me they would try to work my car in and gave me a loaner!!! Then throughout the entire day Kelsie called me with updates as to progress. I have worked with Kelsie and Bob once before when a part was recalled on the Jeep. Both of these people are an asset to this business. More

Wonderful I was away from home and needed a new battery for my key fob suddenly. Extremely helpful. My son and I were traveling through the area and our truck started having some issues.
