Service Department Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So he looked up the vehicle and told me where the screws were located to take the door panel off in order to help me temporarily get the window back up. Unfortunately I was not successful. But I wanted to thank him for trying. So I made an appointment to come to Woody's and get it fixed right. Thanks Deryck. P. S. Great Service Check engine light on and rough idle for over a year. Dealer we took it to before did not fix the problem. Woodys gave me a nice loaner vehicle while they worked on it. They scanned and found 7 error codes. Called with description of problems, and estimate of cost to repair. And cost was actually cheaper than estimate! Van is running great now thanks to Bob H. Kelsea was very friendly and able to get answers to all my questions and a pleasure to talk to. More

Service Department I had a great experience with Deryck, Kelsie and Bob. I recently had my truck in the shop for an alignment and driving light problem. They said that I I had a great experience with Deryck, Kelsie and Bob. I recently had my truck in the shop for an alignment and driving light problem. They said that I didn't need an alignment and didn't charge me for it. And the driving light needed a new bulb which they did not do without my permission. And about a month ago I had my transmission worked on ( which I think that it works better now than it ever did) and they had it for a little over a week and during that entire time they funished me with a vehicle. What a great bunch to work with More
Service Dep't Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered Visit was prompted by "SER4WHD" light coming on and off frequently. Two modules on Trans. were updated very quickly. While there, it was discovered my spark plugs had never been changed in almost 89000 and my Trans. had never been serviced. I asked if these services could be done that day if they had time. They checked their schedule and said they would be able to do both jobs while I was there. The next day the "SER4WHD" light came on and off three times. I called and set up an appointment for the next week. Before the appointment day arrived, the "Check Engine" light came on, stayed on for a couple of days and went off. Both problems were addressed on the day of my scheduled appointment. Other wiring needed to be checked and it was the end of the work day, so we scheduled another appointment for two days later at 8 a.m. The Transfer Case Service Motor was suspect so one was ordered. I was told it could take all day to check the wiring to make sure there were no problems there. My truck went into the shop at 8 a.m., the Transfer Case motor came in earlier than expected and was installed. I asked to see the old, one and the Service Tech. brought it out to show me. It was rusted and corroded and most likely had taken on moisture at some point. They presented me with the bill for repair and it was $10 less than the estimate I was given at the previous appointment. I paid the bill and was on the road home at 11 a.m., way sooner than I had anticipated. All is well. More
