Ram wiring issue On 3/12/18 I had trouble with my trailer brake (shown trailer disconnected) on display on dash. Apparently someone had put wrong connections on traile On 3/12/18 I had trouble with my trailer brake (shown trailer disconnected) on display on dash. Apparently someone had put wrong connections on trailer plug and it had corroded. Bob and Deryck got me in and got it fixed. They were still working on it and Deryck called me to let me know it would be a little bit longer. I told him I had a Dr appointment he immediately got me a car for me to go to my Dr appointment. I went to my appointment and as soon as I got back my truck was done. Now that’s what I call service. I got my truck fixed and didn’t miss my appointment. More

Highly recommend! I was traveling thru the area and the blinker stopped working on my 2013 Chrysler 300. I called Woody's service department from the road and they wer I was traveling thru the area and the blinker stopped working on my 2013 Chrysler 300. I called Woody's service department from the road and they were able to work in into the schedule that day! I feared the worst, but Bob in service informed me the that the problem was merely a loose connection and they sent me on my way......and didn't charge me a thing. I didn't expect something for nothing....but they insisted that there was no charge. Great customer service. I highly recommend. More
