Patience and understanding !!!! My husband of 59 years died in Dec. so as with many widows, this was a new experience, and I decided to bring my vehicle to be serviced at the dealers My husband of 59 years died in Dec. so as with many widows, this was a new experience, and I decided to bring my vehicle to be serviced at the dealership where I had purchased van. I had told young man to call me if there was a problem I needed to know about.....then I didn't take my phone with me and this slowed the servicing process down. Also, I didn't tell him I had a coupon for service so he had to re-figure the statement. No complaints or mean looks. So appreciated his attitude and professionalism. I will be back in Aug. Thank you, again, for the secure feeling I had when I drove away from Woody's that day after a complete service . More

Truck brakes I visited Woodys Service 4/27/18. I took it in because I thought my brakes needed replaced. I told Bob that I thought it was time for new brakes when I visited Woodys Service 4/27/18. I took it in because I thought my brakes needed replaced. I told Bob that I thought it was time for new brakes when I set up the appointment. Later that day I got a call from Deryck telling me that there was 3/4 or better pad left and that he would not want me to spend the money for new brakes if it wasn’t necessary. What great service if that would have been anywhere else they would have changed the brakes no matter what and sent me the bill. You ask me why would I go anywhere else with a courteous and conscientious staff like that. Thank you Deryck and Bob More
Tire repair I just wanted to thank Bob. On 5/3/18 I had a nail in my wife’s tire on her Jeep Grand Cherokee and dropped in on service department un announced. I r I just wanted to thank Bob. I realize they were busy and could have put me off which I totally would understand. But instead Bob got me right in and got the tire fixed and I was on my way. Above and Beyond - just wonderful You know when you buy a used car that there is a risk - you just don't know how well it was taken care of by the previous owner. So when we bought ou You know when you buy a used car that there is a risk - you just don't know how well it was taken care of by the previous owner. So when we bought our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport we understood that we were buying it "as is". Within just a couple months, we noticed an issue with the turbo.... the car had no power. We took it into the service center, where Bob Heldenbrand and Deryck Koenig were very helpful. However, we continued to have the issue. I'm not a mechanic by any means so I wont pretend to be able to describe all the issues, but I do want to express my gratitude to everyone at Woody's - especially Deryck. Going above and beyond by even taking it to a Hyundai dealer in KC to get the needed repairs completed! Deryck also was our advocate when dealing with the Hyundai dealership when they destroyed the engine so a new one had to be installed. Our family depends on this vehicle, so Deryck arranged for us to use a Jeep Compass while they were working on our Hyundai. I just can't express how wonderful Bob and Deryck are to work with. I hope Woody's knows that these two men are great assets to the company! This is the second vehicle we purchased from Woody's and I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend them. More
