Problem Solved! We bought a van that had an issue... Took it in for service, it was one of those problems that only like to show its face to myself and my wife, lol. We bought a van that had an issue... Took it in for service, it was one of those problems that only like to show its face to myself and my wife, lol. But after some explanation and a couple videos of what it was doing, Deryk in service was bound and determined to solve this issue. Took a bit of research and troubleshooting but the problem was solved and we couldn't be more happy. This guy will not throw the towel in on an issue that is not easily solved!! Thanks again!! More

Outstanding Service I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn’t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, “hire for attitude, train for success”. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!! More
