Unreliable, disorganized, only care about the sale. Most of them could care less about the customer. Just the sale. Polly and Brianna were both great to deal with. They worked with us on the logistics of making a 5-hour drive to get the vehicle we wanted, and held it for us until we arrived. Even after the sale, they were eager to follow up regarding any issues which came up after the purchase (Check Engine Light came on during the drive home, non-issue addressed under warranty by our local dealer), and were standing by to assist in any way they could, answering all of our questions. Would definitely consider making another drive to work with them again, great service and a simple deal done within two hours. The only issue was the F&I guy who (can't remember his name) was adamant about selling us an extended warranty/service contract despite me explaining we wouldn't be driving 5 hours for an oil change. Nice guy, just doing his job, but facing another 5 hours to drive home that evening we were ready to GO. An overall positive experience, great people to work with, and got exactly the vehicle we wanted with a manufacturer's CPO warranty. More
Service department didn't have the piece to fix my vehicle when they said they had it in. Took off work and drove 30 minutes to find out it had to be done another time. I am very appreciative of the repairs Woody’s Service made on my truck. I had it in the shop to look at my brakes. Not only did they replace my brake pads and turn the rotors. But they noticed my u-joint made on my truck. I had it in the shop to look at my brakes. Not only did they replace my brake pads and turn the rotors. But they noticed my u-joint was getting bad. So I was able to get it replaced too before a major break down. What great service and preventative maintenance. Thank you Woody’s More
I was having issues with my Jeep & called Woody's to see about getting it repaired. My Jeep wouldn't start. So Bob had their tow guy pick up a car from their lot & bring it to me. They picked up my Jeep & t about getting it repaired. My Jeep wouldn't start. So Bob had their tow guy pick up a car from their lot & bring it to me. They picked up my Jeep & took it back to Woody's. They had it for at least 3 weeks. I was starting to feel bad because of all of the miles that I was putting on the vehicle they loaned me. Bob said to drive it as if it were mine. So I did. Bob had called me to let me know that my Jeep was fixed but they wanted to keep it just to make sure it wasn't going to cause me anymore problems. A few days later, Derek called me & said that it was ready to be picked up! Since then, my Jeep has sat for 3 or 4 days at a time without being started. When I go out to start her up, she starts right up without hesitation! I am overly impressed with the way I was taken care of by Bob & Derek. I've never been treated like a priority when dealing with car repairs. And the guys at Woody's cared & took care of me!! More
