He did all the work for us making the whole process completely effortless and painless on our end. It is solely thanks to Scott (“The Scoop”) Cooper that we got to drive away in our dream car. No pressure I dealt with Jeff Henderson and he was great. I had asked to test drive several cars and they promptly made them available. I had called ahead and let I dealt with Jeff Henderson and he was great. I had asked to test drive several cars and they promptly made them available. I had called ahead and let them know which ones i was interested in. I came in on a Tuesday. After test driving we discussed my options for a loan, etc. The loan person came in to talk also and at the time i just didn't feel comfortable agreeing to anything that day. They said that was fine, take your time and think about it. So i thought about my options and the cars I had test drove. I came back Saturday and test drove another one. Decided that was the one i wanted. We did my paper work but i didn't take the car that day as there was a recall part that needed to be fixed and they had to order the part. Once it was replaced, they agreed to deliver the car to my house so I didn't have to make another trip. There is still one small hiccup that we are working on, but all in all I would recommend Woody's. This is my second car I have purchased from them. My first one I bought 7 years ago and still have it. The rest of staff was very friendly and helpful. More
