I just want to say that I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to dealership (twice) and if it weren’t for Polly i would not have bought a car at Woodys. Also Sam and Royce were wonderful. Woody's is an awesomely amazing dealership When I got on the lot, the car I was to test drive was sitting parked ready for the test drive, no one came rushing out to bug me while I was checking When I got on the lot, the car I was to test drive was sitting parked ready for the test drive, no one came rushing out to bug me while I was checking it out. Or hovering by the door ready to pounce. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I walked in the door no one tried to rush up on me still. Now I don't know how they are during the week but the weekend, Everyone was in casual clothes which makes it relaxing for all involved. Now they recommend you get an appointment and now I know why. This place is busy, I seen at least 5 cars sold during the time I was doing my paperwork. I had a appointment with Cory, they paged him and he got what information he needed from me, tag the car handed me the keys and told me take my time and best route to take my test drive. When we got back Cory and I went his office. I told him my request list and everything but lowering the price he said they would agree to do. Then a couple that Cory was working with came back from their test drive, John told Cory he had the time to help me, so he did not have to try to do both of us at the same time. John made me feel so comfortable right from the start, I almost forgot I was buying a car. He took time to explain every question I had and asked me if I had any questions during the process. He was busy also, but but kept checking on me asking me if I needed anything and giving me updates while I waited doing the paper work process. Then he noticed that the car had not been taken to the shop, so he did it making sure the the things on my list was getting taken care of and the detailing done. When he had a minute he would stop and talk to me. In all the years of buying a vehicle I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. The no hassle person center way they run this car lot is amazing and I would definitely recommend it but do make and appointment it is a must and will make your experience easy and enjoyable. It was definitely well worth the 174 mile drive to get there. Don't forget to ask for John Grienenberger 👍🏻 Now I have to add Cory and the rest of the friendly sales team and the other employees also seem very knowledgeable I'm positive anyone would be able to assist you.
