Thrilled with Woody's honest, fair, efficient, easy approach I traveled quite far to purchase at Woody's; 1900 miles, in fact. In my five months of used car shopping, Woody's continually popped up in my searches I traveled quite far to purchase at Woody's; 1900 miles, in fact. In my five months of used car shopping, Woody's continually popped up in my searches because they had the most inventory of the type of vehicle I wanted, the absolute best prices, and they were all Certified Pre-owned by the manufacturer. Of course I would have preferred to buy local (Western Washington State) but each time I took a listing of Woody's to show a local dealer to attempt to have them match it with a similar vehicle, they refused. Not only that, but my local dealers were hesitant to go through the hassle of having a vehicle Certified Pre-Owned. Woody's seems to have found a way to make a profit while still keeping prices fair. I am certain that in my hours and hours of research I reviewed every single vehicle for sale at the time in the U.S. that were the make/model/trim level of the vehicle I ultimately purchased from Woody's, both at dealers and private sales. None beat Woody's price! My sales adviser, Scoop, was responsive and made the sale easy - no double-talk or pushing. He simply answered my questions, provided me with images and details, and made sure that I clearly understood the price and any fees. Even after my sale was done, paid for and I was long gone, Scoop didn't leave me hanging when I had a question. He texted me back just as promptly as he had when I was a potential customer. From the driver who picked me up at the airport, to the accounting/finance staff, to the sales advisers, everyone was genuinely pleasant and I felt comfortable. At other dealers, I felt like a "mark" for a con, but at Woody's I felt right at home. More
