The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because their computer system went down and we had to wait over 2 hours longer than we should have to close the deal. Everyone was so friendly. So calling back and forth Woodys was the only dealer to give me a concrete price no fluff no last minute charges even a ride from the airport. Scott “Scoop”, Cali, Mitchell and Don all took great care of my wife and I, making this one of the easiest, friendliest car buying experiences I’ve had. From the time we landed to the time we drove off the lot everything thing was so seemless with Scoop emailing or texting me the entire time to make sure everything was going accordingly and our time frames were matching up. I really must stress how personable the whole team was and how comfortable everything was, From the laughing and banter with Scoop from the time we walked in till it was time to leave and my wife had to pull me away from Mitchell’s office because we got in a random conversation and were literally just BS’ing having a good time.
