Purchased a used 2009 Dodge Ram truck today best prices in a 200 mile radius from Kansas City. Polly had everything ready to go when we arrived, they gave us a fair trade on our older truck. I do NOT recommend this dealership. They utilize strong-arm tactics and deal in junk. We arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday. The place was a madhouse. Even though we'd called and arranged an appointment, we had to wait an hour to drive a vehicle. We drove several, no hassle there. We did make an offer on a vehicle, which was not nearly as nice as it had been represented to be. They refused to come down on the price, even though it was priced above Blue Book by several hundred. They gave us a trade-in value on our vehicle. It was not enough, we negotiated for new tires. In the middle of our negotiation, Polly stood up and said, You all have gone cold on me" and sent in a different salesperson! We continued negotiations (God knows why, they were so pushy), and eventually they went up $1000 on our trade, enough to make the difference. By this time, however, I had gotten a terrible feeling about the vehicle and the dealership in general. We moved to leave. They spent another 30 minutes in the back office before offering us another $1000 on our trade. We FINALLY left, disgusted with the whole process and just not interested anymore. They called us later and offered us an additional $500 on our trade. For those of you keeping track, they increased their offer $2500 from the time we came in. These people give used car salesmen a bad name. More
