I e-mailed the dealer ship on a saturday and Andy called an helped me fill out a credit app. We set up a appointment for Monday. When we went in everything was ready for a test drive and the loan was set up an helped me fill out a credit app. We set up a appointment for Monday. When we went in everything was ready for a test drive and the loan was set up already even though it was a holiday. Every one was polite and helped out a lot an the whole process was very fast. any question we asked was answered. I tried to get a set of splash gaurds in the deal but Andy explained the price set was it an that sales people were on salary an not commision. Thank you More
This was the most dreaded experience for me because of past dealer hard sells. However, I was most shockingly surprised at the ease, low-key presentation of cars I wanted to see. I have already referred past dealer hard sells. However, I was most shockingly surprised at the ease, low-key presentation of cars I wanted to see. I have already referred six people here in the Kansas City area to Woodys for their automotive needs. More
This is the second vehicle purchase I have done through Woody's and with Polly. I have always been treated well and not been pushed to buy. They have always been easy to work with and let me look and think Woody's and with Polly. I have always been treated well and not been pushed to buy. They have always been easy to work with and let me look and think about what I wanted to do. I would recommend them to my friends and family and will go back when purchasing other vehicles. More
Great prices, since they're a one price dealer like Carmaxx didn't have to deal with the back and forth haggling. Good price on my trade too. Easiest, fastest vehicle purchase for me. Recommended to Carmaxx didn't have to deal with the back and forth haggling. Good price on my trade too. Easiest, fastest vehicle purchase for me. Recommended to friends who are also buying a truck. Thanks Jeff! More
When we could not find the exact car we wanted Polly did not try to push something on us we did not want. Polly quickly asked, "would you like for me you order you a Charger exactly the way you want it?" I not try to push something on us we did not want. Polly quickly asked, "would you like for me you order you a Charger exactly the way you want it?" I give her a two thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very easy to work with and I ain't easy to please.. More

Noticed a listing on CraigsList for the car I had been looking for but was newer and the price was outstanding. I immediately contacted the dealer and got Cory. He seemed nice enough, friendly and wanting looking for but was newer and the price was outstanding. I immediately contacted the dealer and got Cory. He seemed nice enough, friendly and wanting to help. Told him I wanted the car but had to be credit approved. He took my information and said I was pre-approved. Well I know what that means so told him I was over 2 hours away and before coming down there wanted to be fully approved. An hour later he called saying I was fully approved. I said I would be on my way and he said that the car was not even at the dealership but he would let me know as soon as it got there. Again I told him that I wanted the car at that point he said so you want to buy the car sight unseen? Feeling like he was asking if I was an idiot or something I said of course I would like to make sure the thing runs and is everything you say it is but if it is everything you say it is I do want it. 2 days went by and several emails/phone conversations and was told the vehicle arrived but had a problem with the headlight and the part was on back order. I was ready to get the vehicle regardless and have them fix it when they got the part but he said they would not release it. 2 more days went by and he said it should be ready by the weekend if not sooner. I said I could come the next day and he said he would be in a meeting so he would not be available to sell the vehicle. I later found out he was actually off and did not want anyone else to get his commission. I was leaving for the appointment we set when he called and said the vehicle was sold to someone else. He tried to make me feel like it was my fault for not offering to send money to hold it (he said I was fully approved for full amount so why would I give them more money). He did not even tell me that I needed to give money down. He did say the money if I did put any down would be non refundable and would be $500.00 So since the loan was approved for full amount they would have sold it to me for $500.00 more than the sticker price since they would not give me the deposit back. I got calls with all kinds of apologies but nothing offering any kind of sincere attempt to correct the problem. Was even told the general manager would call but never received any calls. After more than 20 emails and 12 phone conversations they still sold the vehicle to someone else. It is not the customer they care about it is their money. Be very wary of this dealer. More
Place was crazy busy on 3-17 when i went to test drive a vehicle I had Polly hold for me. My wife and I were giving time to chat about the car alone before we decided to finish the deal on it. When I was a vehicle I had Polly hold for me. My wife and I were giving time to chat about the car alone before we decided to finish the deal on it. When I was about to start signing the paperwork i was asked again to make sure it was the car we wanted cause Polly didnt want us in a car we didnt like. That shows me the dealer really wants to satisfy their customers. The car was nicer than described and to many people that have seen it think its newer than what it is. Only downside I can think of is it was so dang busy saturday that everyone working that day was running around mad trying to take care of all the people buying/ test driving cars. I wish I would have had more 1 on 1 dealing with Polly or Neva and not so many different people. Upside cause of the deal I got on the car we bought, about $3,000 less than everywhere else and low miles, they will get consideration for my next vehicle purchase even though it was a 3 hr drive for me from central Iowa. We saw a truck online and decided we wanted to see it since it appeared to be a good deal. We started working with the dealer over 2 weeks in advance so we could narrow everything down. Finally the weeke since it appeared to be a good deal. We started working with the dealer over 2 weeks in advance so we could narrow everything down. Finally the weekend came along that we were going to go up there. Once we arrived we waited for an hour and a half for the truck to be brought around (we called before leaving the house so it would be ready) when the truck pulled around it was very loud. We started to look over the truck and the outside looked good, when we opened the hood we saw a little rust (no big deal), but then we looked under the truck and discovered that the exhaust system had rusted through and was hanging down. We decided to take the truck for a test drive anyway. Once on the road the truck pulled hard to the left and the entire front end shook when you put on the brakes. I would expect this if it were a new trade, but looking at the Carfax it had been on the lot for over a year and was advertised as a "certified used car" which had undergone the 100 point safety inspection. This was the most dangerous vehicle I had EVER driven. Before we left the house the dealer told us that the oil pan had been replaced recently for a leak and didn't want any surprises. So, how did they miss the exhaust system and why in the world would you show a truck like that. After seeing the condition of the truck we didn't feel comfortable buying any car from them. Overall it was the worst dealership I have every visited. More
Great dealership! Nothing like the old Woody's, they really wanted us there and worked very hard to get us the deal that worked for us, treated us like family, and we loved the Christian feeling to the really wanted us there and worked very hard to get us the deal that worked for us, treated us like family, and we loved the Christian feeling to the business. These guys are good at what they do and they will try everything they can to get a deal done. Just like the radio says WOW Woody's! More
