Everything was excellent about the experience at Woody's. My only less than perfect score is a very high "GOOD" due to the set prices on vehicles. The price I paid was higher than an exact vehicle in another state. Woody's was closer, so the convenience factor prevailed. A six hour drive and I could have saved about $2000 and not paid state sales tax. That said, the customer service of Woody's is the best I've ever seen. They believe in the "WOW" of customer service. Everyone was friendly and they call you by name. I would and will refer my friends. I will be a return customer. Thanks Woody's, and thank you Jeff for your assistance! More

Scoop at Woody's was amazing, super efficient and knowledgeable. They kept their promises all the way, and I had my car delivered withing a day of first contacting them. I intended to use this vehicle to use as a hunting and fishing rig but my wife has already nabbed it to hau very comfortable and affordable vehicle. I bought an '07 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Woody's around Aug 2012. They told me to buy a 2 year repair insurance policy for an additional $2500. I said I did not want it, the sales manager came over around Aug 2012. They told me to buy a 2 year repair insurance policy for an additional $2500. I said I did not want it, the sales manager came over 1/2 hour later and said he would not sell the car w/out the repair insurance. Note, the repair insurance requirement was never stated anywhere prior to the final signing. He said it was "because if something went wrong, like the stereo breaks, we do not want to be the bad guy." (I'll always remember that statement). Eventually, we agreed on a 1 year policy for $1500. On my drive home the check engine light came on. I called them and they said that is what the repair insurance is for and refused to look at it. Turns out the transmission sensor, drivers window, glow plug circuit & glow plug, and rear window sensor were all bad. I had to have an additional $3500 worth of work done to the car almost immediately. I cannot believe they did not know about some of these problems when they sold it to me. More

I tried to get a set of splash gaurds in the deal but Andy explained the price set was it an that sales people were on salary an not commision. Thank you More
