Purchased from 7 hours away. While they made the process easy for me, I am very disappointed with the condition of the vehicular based on price paid. An entire window is scratche While they made the process easy for me, I am very disappointed with the condition of the vehicular based on price paid. An entire window is scratched to xxxx, one of the RES screens is also terribly scratched. A lot of scratches on outside of the vehicle, which for the mileage wasn’t expected to that level. Vehicle was sold to me with an open safety recall. Paid $36,000 for a used mini van and it had one key and no floor mats. No straight answers from Tim and was passive at best when expressing concern on the safety recall not even being mentioned at all through the sale process. Drove 7+ hours each way to pick the vehicle up to feel pretty disappointed in the vehicle condition based on the price paid. More
