Buyer beware!!! We drove half way across the state just to go to Woody's to look at a few vehicles that we were interested in. It was a Saturday and even though we we We drove half way across the state just to go to Woody's to look at a few vehicles that we were interested in. It was a Saturday and even though we were like the 3rd people in line and you could see sales staff everywhere it took a good 45 minutes for someone to help us. We found 2 vehicles that we liked and even though the manager swore up and down that they would make us a good deal they refused to come down on 1 vehicle even though it had some major flaws.. Don't believe that these guys inspect their vehicles properly at all because there is no freaking way that you could have missed huge defects (like busted suspension for instance)! And they will make you sign a bunch of paperwork stating that you won't hold them responsible and won't slander them if your vehicle turns out to be lemon. Strong arm tactics can be the name of the game here to because the sales manager tried to make us say on a recording that we would not hold their dealership responsible if the car broke down after we left their lot. We refused and he tore up our paperwork, ordered us off their lot and told us not to ever come back! And believe me I never will! Buyer beware: they will not stand behind their vehicles, they will not give you the best deal and I swear that sales manager needs a course in customer service.... So if you like waiting forever just to be treated like dirt and lectured like a small child and if you really enjoy wasting all your time signing papers just to have them cancel your sale then this is the dealer for you! We had been on their website and had several in mind. They were very busy, but we didn't have to wait but a couple of minutes. We drove the one we were most interested in and ended up trading for it. We dealt with Neva and Polly who have always been very friendly and efficient. We love over truck and would recommend Woodys to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Our sales advisor was amazing she must have had us test drive 5 different SUVs and we decided on the Dodge Durango which they had a multitude of color choices. We were preapproved with a lower rate than our credit union offered before we even got there so we literally just had to sign the paperwork and we were on our way home! Super fun, simple process like picking out a new dress! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!! Polly and Neva are simply the best dynamic duo team that truly care about you and have your best interest at heart. More

Used Duramax I was looking for a late model Chevy Duramax and Woody's had exactly what I was looking for at the best price. I was a bit apprehensive to travel fro I was looking for a late model Chevy Duramax and Woody's had exactly what I was looking for at the best price. I was a bit apprehensive to travel from northern Minnesota but I called anyway to talk with them. I ended up working with Scott Cooper and he was great. I made the trip down and not only was he great, everyone at the dealership was great. It was a good buying experience even with the long trip. Getting comfortable in a new vehicle sometimes takes a while, the nice thing about my 9 hour trip home was I'm already very acclimated to my new truck and love it! More

We live 90 miles away, and there are lots of car dealerships in the city, but they had a great Silverado for sale and thought it would be worth the drive to take a look, and it was the best decision I have ever made involving a vehicle. The saleswoman, Polly, had the truck ready for a test drive when we pulled in the lot. The truck was immaculate. There was no pressure like you usually get at a dealer in the city. The smoothest and fastest deal we have ever made. The prices are incredible already, so no need to try and haggle. More
