Terry, our sales rep, was very attentive and had great customer service skills. Just a quick concern was no in transits were placed on our new vehicle. They simply moved our current plates from our trade in over to the new vehicle. With living in another state, in transits should be placed on purchased vehicles, even if not required there locally, they should for out of state buyers. That really is my only negative comment. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the market for a new vehicle and they have what I want. Definitely worth the drive. More

We had been in KC looking at cars all day and decided to drive through Woody's lot on the way home and saw a Traverse that had literally been dropped on the lot either that day or the night prior. I know this because I was there test driving other vehicles just the day before. There weren't even pictures on the internet yet, but it did have the price on their website and we thought it had to be a mistake for all of the options included. We had been dealing with Scott for a couple of days and he was beyond helpful and stayed late which allowed us to go home with our new Chevy! We love love love it and appreciate Scott's time and patience. God knows he had plenty of it with us! This is our second vehicle we have purchased with him and would definitely consider doing business with him again in the future. More

Over priced Salesman was nice. Cars are overprice. If the car has damage, they will not come down at all on the price. They offer very little on your trade in. We Salesman was nice. We ended up buying a non wrecked vehicle at a dealer in Olathe, which by the way, we walked out with a great deal! The guy went over and beyond to get us what we wanted. It was actually a waste of time driving an hour and a half to Woody's. Just know, if you shop at Woody's, be prepared to pay sticker price and spending 3 hours of your time. More
