Above and beyond My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for a few weeks online, then finally found the right match for us at Woody's Auto. It was couple of hours dr My wife and I were looking for a vehicle for a few weeks online, then finally found the right match for us at Woody's Auto. It was couple of hours drive away so we had to free up our schedules, had a relative watch our three children in preparation for like all the other times I have purchased a vehicle....guys in suits swarming me right when I get out of the car, pushy (if not rude) sales people. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. We knew which one we came for, but we walked around to look at other cars, (with nobody bothering us). We go inside to be greeted by just about everyone that worked there with a simple "hello, how are you doing", very friendly. Had the pleasure of meeting Scott Cooper, he stopped in his tracks, when we were ready to buy our car. The rest of the process went very smooth. Not the end of the story though, this where the above and beyond comes in...getting home that night I had notice the something was wrong with our new car. Now feeling angry, with myself mostly for not seeing it sooner, We call knowing full well what the "as-is" agreement means and expecting to get that response in turn, but instead we got another pleasant surprise, "That is NOT how we do business here". Now the problem fixed, We could not be any happier with the experience. Woody's Auto has earned a customer for life. More

Easiest car buying experience with Scoop! Scott made this process to simple and easy. They had the EXACT vehicle I was looking for but I live an hour and a half away. Easy relaxed shopping all on one lot! Not only did they have the truck I wanted at a very fair price, they had another that I liked even better for just a few dollars more! I got way more truck than I ever thought possible and got a fair price for my trade-in. Cory was very easy to work with and although he was very busy, never made us feel like we were forgotten. He was quick to get us keys so we could start test driving and never pressured us. This is by far the nicest truck I have ever owned and I absolutely love driving it! Thanks, Cory! Honest and easy We drove 5.5 hours to get the truck we just couldn't find at home. There was NO back and forth with the sales manager. Just a price, no gimmicks.
