Curtis was very helpful and answered all our questions We didn't get offered as much as we wanted but they kept working with us and we came to an agreement. We love our Navigator. We also got the extended warranty and got a lot more coverage for the same price as anywhere else. Everyone was very friendly and make us feel very comfortable. I liked that everyone wasn't in suits and had fancy offices, just down to earth and not fancy. We will recommend Woody's to all our friends and family!! This was a 3 hour drive for us so we were hopeful that we could make a deal. When we got there the car we came to look at was parked up front for us to see. Curtis came out and opened up the car and let us take it for a drive. I was in love from the start. We got back to the store and we got together on pricing and then did our paperwork. The entire process was very quick. Much faster than our previous purchase at another dealership. At no point was there any pressure to purchase the car. A very laid back approach with no hassles. I have had the car for 3 weeks now and it was everything I hoped for. I would highly recommend Woody's and more specifically Curtis. He has stayed in contact with me after the purchase to make sure everything is doing well. I can also tell you that the same car priced out almost $4,000.00 more here in Saint Louis so 3 hours of drive time was well worth the savings. I know everyone sees glowing reviews and always wonder if it's real.... Well here's my one thing that I noticed that was weird. I did not get a full tank of gas upon purchase which I thought is pretty standard now a days. But I was anxious to get home so I didn't say anything to even give them a chance to rectify it. So no one but me to blame there and honestly I'm not that bothered by it. Thanks to everyone at Woody's for the help in getting me into my new play toy!!! More

Great salesman who was 100% honest and wanstn't pushy I was looking to purchase a 2015 or 2016 Dodge Charger and had been looking everywhere online for almost a month. I just happened to stumble upon Woo I was looking to purchase a 2015 or 2016 Dodge Charger and had been looking everywhere online for almost a month. I just happened to stumble upon Woody's Automotive Group because they had the car I was looking for with all the bells and whistles offered by Dodge at great price. I had been searching not just my local area but also out of state. I called the dealership and spoke with Curtis Smith. I explained to him that I already had the financing and would be traveling half way across the country for this car so I didn't want or need any games. He assured me that the car was spotless and just like new. It had only 4200 miles on it. He even went out of his way to send me a personal video that he took with his cell phone to show how new this car truly was. I explained to him that being disabled I wanted him to be completely honest with me before flying half way across the country and then having to drive back home I physically don't want any surprises. At no time did I ever feel pressured and he treated me very respectfully. I found the car on a Thursday night, talked with Curtis on Friday, and felt comfortable enough to buy a plane ticket (Spirit) that night to fly into KC early Saturday morning. The dealership then even had a driver pick me up from the airport at 630am and drove me 1 1/2 hours to the dealership at no cost to me. Even the driver was super pleasant and it wasn't one of those awkward drives each of us have experienced at one time or another. Upon arriving to the dealership Curtis made me feel very welcomed and then we took the car for a test drive. Please understand I had never even seen nor driver a Dodge Charger before and I have never owned a Dodge. This car purchase was so much different than when I went shopping for a car for my wife two year ago. Everyone was pleasant at the dealership and the Christian music that I listen to regularly they had playing throughout the dealership told me I was in the right place. Then when it came time to do the paperwork there wasn't a huge upscale by a sales manager like when I purchased my wife's car locally. They only had one key but then also promised to send me a second key. A few days later the service dept. called me to let me know the key fab was in and just wanted to verify where I wanted it sent. I can't recommend Curtis enough as a top notch salesman. I worked as a Sales Executive for Marriott for twenty three years both in sales and management. I would have loved to have had Curtis working with me or for me. They even made sure to change the oil knowing I was driving back across the country without me have to ask for plead and made sure the tank was full. That by far was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and they also made it worth the cross country trip. Don't hesitate to call Curtis because he will treat you respectfully and without using any pushy sales tactics or games many dealerships choose to play. God Bless our Troops Scott S. More
