Excellent Value I used several on line sites to locate the car that I wanted at a price that seemed right. I found the 2016 Chrysler Limited Platinum at Cars.com whi I used several on line sites to locate the car that I wanted at a price that seemed right. I found the 2016 Chrysler Limited Platinum at Cars.com which lead me to Woody's Automotive Group in Chillicothe, MO. I was looking for a new or low mileage 2016 model since I didn't care for the new Pacifica. I sent them an e mail with a few questions and got a reply from Scott Cooper. I talked to Scott a few times on the phone and was very pleased with his knowledge of the car and the process that they use when assisting customers who buy from their dealership. They offer free pick up at the Kansas City Airport (MCI) for customers who fly in which I did since I live in Oklahoma City. Charles picked me up on time and we had a nice conversation on the ride back to Chillicothe, turns out that we are both 79 years old, had a lot in common. Scott had all the papers ready and explained in detail everything needed to complete the deal. They go out of their way to provide good prices and service to their customers and its obvious since they are very busy with buyers coming in from many states to buy from Woody's. AWESOME TEAMWORK BETWEEN POLLY AND NEVA Found a car online, called Polly Applebury to make sure if the car was still for available for sale. Drove to Chillicothe from Independence on a Satu Found a car online, called Polly Applebury to make sure if the car was still for available for sale. Drove to Chillicothe from Independence on a Saturday and purchased a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe EX for my soon to be 16 year old daughter. Our sales team was Polly and Neva, the dealership was to close at 6:00pm and Polly stayed until our deal was complete and still had another customer and this was at approximately 6:45pm. When we left the dealership, Polly still had 2 other customers to help after they were closed. Had set an appointment with MS Polly from sales dept. and found the perfect match. Best sales person I have ever met in my 45 yrs of buying cars and being in the car business a few years. I have spent more time dealing with other dealers over price than this whole transaction took, from the time we saw the car until we drove it off the lot, within 2 hrs. with copy of new title in hand. Bought a new 2013 Dodge Journey in Kansas 2 yrs ago but will buy my next New Car here where they will wow you. and make you happy that you made the trip.
