Great Online Buying Experience / Excellent Customer Service! I was searching Cars.com for a certified-used 2016 Dodge Durango and located a vehicle at Woody's that was exactly what I was looking for. Polly Appl I was searching Cars.com for a certified-used 2016 Dodge Durango and located a vehicle at Woody's that was exactly what I was looking for. Polly Applebury worked with me to provide information, answer my questions, and complete the paperwork for my purchase. I flew into Kansas City from Wisconsin on a Saturday morning and was picked up at the airport by Jim George. After an enjoyable and safe drive to Woody's, despite the terrible wind, snow, and ice, I arrived to find the Durango out front waiting for me. I was met by Polly and she made sure the Durango was exactly what I was expecting. We briefly did some paperwork to get temporary plates and I was quickly on my way driving my new vehicle back home. On the way home I was called by both Polly and Jim to make sure I was pleased and successfully navigating my way back home in the difficult weather. I was initially hesitant to purchase an expensive vehicle from half-way across the country, but the entire experience was seamless and I could not ask for better customer service! I would definitely use Woody's again to purchase another vehicle and highly recommend them to others. More

A long way from Alabama to get a vehicle, BUT worth it!! I was looking for a particular automobile with specific color and options. I found the car thru CarGurus and found it was from a dealership called Wo I was looking for a particular automobile with specific color and options. I found the car thru CarGurus and found it was from a dealership called Woody's Automotive a Group in NW Missouri, a long way from Athens, Alabama. Due to the distance I did not think it was possible, but after calling Woody's and working with salesman, Scott Cooper, he took on my request and he and the Woody's Automatic staff did more than I thought could be done. They had all documents overnighted thru UPS, which worked perfectly, then they arranged delivery of the vehicle at my requested place with nominal cost compared to the distance. I could not have traveled that distance to pick up the car. I would still be on the road for another day, But, the car is parked in my back drive way as I write.
