We contacted the dealership, and despite them being very busy, they treated us with respect and as if we were their only customers. Polly took great care of us and gave us a great deal. As we were finishing off the deal, we found out that it was her birthday that day! We were so blessed by our experience and we would consider buying from Woody's again despite now living 8 hours away! God bless you guys. More

We contacted Polly, who helped us decide what basic features we needed prior to us bidding out for the vehicle. Woody's helped our district get a new vehicle at a very reasonable cost, and did not pressure us into "buying up". The transaction was fast and friendly, and we felt the dealership really cared about serving the district's needs. We appreciate the service Polly, Neva and their team provided. More
Stress-free Vehicle Purchase! My husband and I did our browsing for a car online, so we wouldn't limit ourselves to just a nearby dealer. We found Woody's and instantly knew we had to visit. They have the largest selection at the best prices! We chose 4 of the main vehicle models that we wanted to test drive, and Woody's had them all! Polly and Scott were very informative and made the process so painless. Also, they have an Auto Check on every vehicle, which is just like a Carfax. Scott was great when he pointed out that one vehicle we were considering had a salvage title, as per the Auto Check. Woody's has no hidden fees and their sales people are not pressured by commission. We paid exactly what our car's sticker price stated. We could not be happier with our purchase, and we will be telling everyone about our amazing experience at Woody's! More
A very busy dealer...too busy I give Scott a five because he was a very nice gentleman, and he worked hard. I give a two star to the dealer for the reasons I outline below. Sco I give Scott a five because he was a very nice gentleman, and he worked hard. I give a two star to the dealer for the reasons I outline below. Scott was very nice; but also very busy, as was your dealer. To the point where it looked more like a car-selling factory...a veritable production line of used-car sales. I would like to note that the "cleaning up" of the vehicle consisted of a quick vacuum, and a spritz of the dash, and a ton of Fabreeze. The car was not cleaned to my satisfaction, and I spent $135 on a thorough interior cleaning upon my return home. The "gunk" on the carpet behind the drivers seat looked like someone ate pancakes and syrup right off the floor for breakfast that morning. The vehicle was also not waxed, a standard practice even with used cars. The dealer was too busy for me to mention anything at the time, and I chose to "bite the bullet," but did not notice the lack of cleaning until I got home. I also had to purchase tires immediately, and the dealer wouldn't take any off the price for that. They wanted to raise the price of the vehicle to account for the price of tires I quoted. They also raised the price $600, since I didn't have a trade in. Their informational video never stated that, either. I'm sure their paperwork does somewhere, but the listing on cars.com never stated anything about raising the price if there is no trade in... I wish your dealership, especially Scott, continued success; but please spend more time on the customers and WITH the customer...270 cars/month is a lot; but that should not preclude making the customer not feel as if they are on a factory assembly line... First the Wiper motor burned up because of "sludge" in the holding bottle. Next the check engine light came on. New gas cap fixed for about 10 days, then had to have the whole system replaced. These fixes were in excess of $200. After I had all the oils changed in the oil holding parts, the check engine light came on again. Had it repaired because the fuel pump and fuel level gauge was again attacked by a gremlin. Had this done by another trusted mechanic to the tune of $389. Just kept getting more and more! If it keeps happening now, then I truly got a LEMON. Course, none of this was covered by warranty. Just never had a Jeep give me these kind of fits and will seriously look for another brand on my next purchase. More

I had the pleasure of be served by Jeff Henderson and Cory Huffman; both Sales Advisors were very professional. I originally came to Woody's to inquire and test drive another vehicle, and ended up test driving several vehicles before finding the Dakota that I ended up purchasing. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I was unsure nor did I ever feel I was being treated less than fairly but was treated with honesty, respect, and friendliness. Two months later, the Dakota has run very well and made a trip from Chillicothe to Baltimore, Maryland and back. If you are looking for a used vehicle, I highly recommend Woody's Automotive Group to you. More
