After browsing freely without being harassed, unlike at some other dealers, I went in to visit with a salesman. Curtis was very helpful, listened to what I was looking for, and did his best to find a truck that met my criteria. All without being pushy or impatient. After 3 test drives and multiple trips (I'm slow to make up my mind!) we were able to get me in a 2017 Ram for less than the '16 truck I originally came to look at! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would definitely check out Woody's of Chillicothe, be sure to ask for Curtis! More

After speaking to Jeff and quizzing him relentlessly about the van, I felt it was the one for me. My son and I drove to view it and it was better than expected. Jeff was our sales person (he has been with Woody's for 17+ years and was professional and not pushy). Copies of the history of the van were given to us (Car Fax and another that was even more complete than that.) All warranties were clearly explained to us as well as van features. I should add that I drove from Memphis TN to St Charles Mo to pick up my son and from there to Chillicothe MO to get the van and it was worth every mile. Smooth and Painless!!!!!! Curtis Smith and the Crew were great, Not pushy, but there to answer questions as they arose. They accommodated us in anyway they could. Answering questions from the truck itself to the finance company they were recommending. Even with us forgetting our title to our trade in, they said no worries, just sign it and mail it to us!! My only time I felt rushed was when a third party person came in to finish signing paper work, I was on the phone with our insurance company changing coverage. They ignored the fact I was trying to converse with the agent and started pushing papers in front of me to sign, I just feel this was rude on their part. I guess I should asked for a minute to finish, but figured it was obvious. But other then that it was Smooth and Painless!!!! More
