GREAT dealership and Scott Cooper ROCKS!! We've been looking at Challengers for a LONG time. My husband narrowed several down and discovered this one at Woody's. While checking out their website, we noticed Scott Cooper works there. We met Scott several years ago when he was in the JC area. We know he is a stand up gentleman in all areas of life. We drove 2 1/2 hours to check out this car because of HIM. As always, he was a pleasure to work with and we ended up extremely pleased with our purchase! Great people that make you feel like family I was hesitant to drive 2 hours just to look at a truck. After meeting Curtis, Polly, Neva, Randall, Michael, Russ and everyone else that worked there I was hesitant to drive 2 hours just to look at a truck. After meeting Curtis, Polly, Neva, Randall, Michael, Russ and everyone else that worked there I could really tell they are all like family and treated me like I was part of their family. After driving the truck I was interested in purchasing, they let me take it to lunch in their cool little town of Chilicothe at Applebee's, (Ask for Tara at Applebee's, she's great), went back to the dealership and they had all the papers already in the works for me, we wrapped things up, they took care of my new used truck by washing it and said congratulations. This truck had already been through their service department and was in tip top shape. Awesome buying experience! Best part is you don't have to deal with the price of the vehicle. Such things as whether they will back up their product., whether the sales agent will help with things that you may be unfamiliar with after you have left the sales lot. I bought my vehicle last month. It has lots of bells and whistles I am not familiar with. It has been so nice to be able to return to the dealership and be greeted with a smile and not a look of "O no, here she comes again." I also had a service problem and the technician was kind enough to simply pull it in and take care of it.. Buying the vehicle was made even easier when they were able to reach the price I placed on my trade-in All in all a place I would recommend to my family and friends. More
