We loved the van and the low pressure sales atmosphere. When I took it to my mechanic to have an all wheel alignment he said the left-front, lower ball-joint would not pass the motor vehicle safety inspection. When I contacted the dealership, Guy Vanderlinden said to bring it up and they would look at it. When I arrived I was greeted by Deryck Koenig in the service department. He looked at the bad ball-joint, replaced it, and did a four wheel alignment in less than 90 minutes. Guess what? No charge! Bob K. and Kelsea W. were great to work with as well. They DO deserve a five-star rating. It is nice to be treated with respect and to deal with a dealership with such integrity, and great people working together to let that integrity be seen. In a mere minutes I was sitting before a gentleman who was doing everything in his power to make sure all of his customers were taken care of. He was polite friendly and helpful. He answered any questions I had and wasn't afraid to say I don't know but I'll find out rather than just give a general answer and hope I will stop asking questions. He explained all the features of the vehicle I was looking at to my satisfaction. Then left me to decide whether to buy or not without any pressure. When it came time to buy once again he was great. He took the time to explain everything and and answer any questions I had. All in all it was a simple process because of a great salesman.
