Great experience I called ahead of time to make sure the vehicle I wanted to look at was still available. I spoke with Polly on the phone and noticed how nice she was. When I arrived at the dealership the car was parked up front and ready to go. I went inside and spoke with Polly and Neva. Polly explained everything to me and had all the paperwork ready to go. When we went and test drove the car it was really relaxed and we were told to keep it as long as we wanted. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, I was given a fair trade in value for my truck. It was a smooth and relaxing buying expierience. Everyone at Woodys made me comfortable and important. I'll be back for my next vehicle. More

In a mere minutes I was sitting before a gentleman who was doing everything in his power to make sure all of his customers were taken care of. He was polite friendly and helpful. He answered any questions I had and wasn't afraid to say I don't know but I'll find out rather than just give a general answer and hope I will stop asking questions. He explained all the features of the vehicle I was looking at to my satisfaction. Then left me to decide whether to buy or not without any pressure. When it came time to buy once again he was great. He took the time to explain everything and and answer any questions I had. All in all it was a simple process because of a great salesman.
