Service Department Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So Great service, when my passenger rear window rolled down and wouldn't come back up. I was in Branson so I called Deryck to see if he could help me. So he looked up the vehicle and told me where the screws were located to take the door panel off in order to help me temporarily get the window back up. Unfortunately I was not successful. Great Service Check engine light on and rough idle for over a year. Dealer we took it to before did not fix the problem. Woodys gave me a nice loaner vehicle while Check engine light on and rough idle for over a year. Dealer we took it to before did not fix the problem. Woodys gave me a nice loaner vehicle while they worked on it. They scanned and found 7 error codes. Called with description of problems, and estimate of cost to repair. And cost was actually cheaper than estimate! Van is running great now thanks to Bob H. Kelsea was very friendly and able to get answers to all my questions and a pleasure to talk to. More
