The policy of no pressure, and that's an understatement, allowed us the time we needed to make the best decision for us in a vehicle, it actually expedited the choice between what we were considering. The selection of vehicles available was more than enough and the website was a big help both while searching before leaving the house and while looking for vehicles on the lot itself. The only drawback to the whole experience was on the website, when using it to look for vehicles on the lot, the messenger/assistance bubble wouldn't quit popping up. Our salesman, Scoop, couldn't have been more easy to work with and answered all of the questions we had. His help and demeanor was a welcome change to what we had experienced lately in our search for a vehicle. The negotiation and paperwork process was smooth and easy. The staff we worked with was open and clear throughout the process, there was nothing hidden or held back. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase, Scoop's assistance with the whole process, the amount of vehicles to choose from, and the whole experience in all from this dealership. More
