I called this dealership about a vehicle to see if it was still available, they said yes it is. So I filled out a credit app online. Submitted it and called back the next day,I was told the vehicle had sold still available, they said yes it is. So I filled out a credit app online. Submitted it and called back the next day,I was told the vehicle had sold but not until after they ran my credit app so not only did they not have the vehicle but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report after everyone at the dealership assured me that the credit app I filled out was just for pre-approval and it wouldn't affect my credit score....well it did by 7 points! More

We was pleased how quickly repairs was made to our vehicle considering that the electrical power went out during a thunderstorm. Using flashlights they started making the needed repairs.
