No hurry had to be the right one in a particular price range though We found it on cars.com at Woody's Automotive Group in Chillicothe, MO I called and got Polly. From the moment I started talking to her it was a way different experience than I had with other dealerships. She was friendly, helpful, and was all about team work. She told me what she knew about the vehicle, her team, (hi Neva!) and what she didn't know she found out. She called me BACK! Almost unheard of anymore btw. She kept me informed. I'm a hair stylist and she basically had a consultation right there on the phone with me. We are 6 hours away so she really wanted to make sure of everything before we drove that far. She called me even after hours and personally checked on it too. Sooo. We drove down. She met us at the car, got it ready, and off we went for our test drive while they looked at our trade. We got back, walked in and right away I heard playing some of my favorite worship songs. Sat at her desk, looked up and saw Is. 58:11 the Lord will guide you. My husband and I were like. WOW Part of exactly what we had been praying. We felt right at home and knew this was it. So courteous, graciously hospitable, and no pressure or gimmicks. By the way, we drove 6 hours down and the 6 hour drive home with our new to us, exactly what we wanted vehicle, was sooo worth it! We already bragged up our experience to family and when we look for another vehicle. We will call Polly or Neva and let them find it for us. God is soo good and I felt like I met an extension to our family this weekend He makes Himself heard when you listen, He uses you when you let Him, He answers every prayer. He is worthy of all praise. He's our great helper! More

Every vehicle is already priced to sell at a very competitive price as I have compared prices of similar cars elsewhere. There is never any sales pressure and Polly & Randall always make you feel like they are focused on only you even though they have many others to help as well. I love working with Woody's because even if they don't have the car you want in their inventory, they will go out and find it and get it for you so that you are a satisfied customer that will keep coming back. Polly & Randall kept me informed throughout the entire buying process via text & email because they actually ended up getting a car for me that was located in IL. I live out of state (CT to be more precise) so buying a car, especially a used car, is stressful enough, buying sight unseen raises the anxiety level to code red. My local super auto store that claims to have the maximum inspection did not represent "the way car buying should be" paid for transport, approved me for finance for the identical car, send me one with a broken a/c motor. Messed up, and after fighting with them received my transport fee back. Then the universe spoke, the sun shined on this dog's @$$, and connected with Woody's. Universe kept blessing...my internet request connected me to Scott "Scoop" Cooper, and he went above and beyond what any dealership or salesperson, has ever done. They offered to pick me up at MCI, however, I had arranged for auto transport on my own. I did not want to do the mid-country drive during winter (glad I did we had a few doozies,) Almost had to travel last minute, because that company flaked. Luckily, I was able to find another last minute, but I digress... From email and text communication to phone calls, and finally, sending pictures pre-auto transport, he was there every step of the way, moreover, answered all my questions immediately. Never felt pressure, did not have to haggle. They helped me with obtaining the out of state temps. The car is here, and she's better than expected! So if anyone is in the market, and wondering why you should choose Woody's? Reading this review, you taking the time to read, and I write, should point your decision to YES! Top Notch Showed up to Woody's after seeing vehicle on Auto Trader website with no appointment and spoke with Cory , Told him of the car we was interested in an Showed up to Woody's after seeing vehicle on Auto Trader website with no appointment and spoke with Cory , Told him of the car we was interested in and he had it brought up and off on a test drive we went , came back in and Scott took it from there , made offer on vehicle , Woody's countered and we excepted their offer , did paperwork and out the door in 1 half hours, vehicle was as advertised, clean , one owner trade, This is second vehicle we have purchased from Woody's , still driving first vehicle . Cory and Scott were very professional, no sales pressure , I had done my research on vehicle that we purchased on price /model/options/tech /reviews, with price in mind to meet my budget.
