Well Worth the Trip!! My wife and I flew out to Woody's from Upstate NY to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Jeep Compass and drive it home 1,700 miles. Polly Applebury w My wife and I flew out to Woody's from Upstate NY to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Jeep Compass and drive it home 1,700 miles. Polly Applebury worked diligently with me throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Any question or concern I had along the way she was right there for me. She made every effort to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Woody's had the Jeep we wanted, but it was Polly that got us the 1700 miles out there and through the door. Once we flew into Kansas City she had arranged transportation for us to the dealership. In person she was what every dealership needs: professional, efficient, kind, considerate, genuine. Outstanding Service I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they I had a flat in my Dodge Ram 1500 on the way to Missouri from NH. On a Saturday I tried a couple of places to either get it repaired or replaced, they were either closed, there would be a 3 hour wait(WalMart), or they didn’t have the tire in stock, (WalMart again). I decided to check local dealerships and found Woodys, so glad I did. Derby I and his staff were wonderful, forgoing above and beyond. Deryck even went to another location to make sure my new tire had white letttering. I am a Police Chief with 37 employees, and customer service is one of my greatest demands. I have a saying, “hire for attitude, train for success”. I certainly saw that with Deryck and his crew. Thanks Deryck!!! More

Being 715 miles away made it a daunting task but Scoop and the Sarah's in F&I made it an easy, pleasant and rewarding experience! Scoop was very accommodating in getting it to a local mechanic (Jerry) who gave me a great deal on a very thorough inspection so I knew exactly what I was getting once it arrived. The paperwork was managed well by the dealership and the whole thing went off without a hitch and I was truly "wowed" by the experience! Thank you all! More
