Over and Above I live in Illinois, 3.5 hours from Woody's Automotive so I was a bit apprehensive about trying to buy. BUT from my first interaction with Scott "Scoop I live in Illinois, 3.5 hours from Woody's Automotive so I was a bit apprehensive about trying to buy. BUT from my first interaction with Scott "Scoop" Cooper I knew he was going to go above and beyond to try and meet our needs (financial; vehicle; service)! Scott was open, detailed, friendly, courteous and acted honorably throughout the transaction! After we made and appointment and actually spent time in the vehicle - we knew it was the right purchase for us. Scott made it clear we could take our time and really be certain this was the right vehicle for us - and we did take our time. Did a test drive on the highway and in the city. Looked over the vehicle inside and out; looked over the engine and made sure all the functions worked. It was nice to not feel "rushed", especially after we drove almost 4 hours. We were able to come to a deal that afternoon. The Sales Team did an outstanding job in getting our paperwork taken care of asap - they knew we were headed to Oklahoma for the holidays and really tried to get us on the road in good time. The only thing I could say was a negative would be with the detail team - missed some grease or something on the seat we asked to have cleaned. But after all that was done on our behalf this would not keep me from highly recommending Woody's Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy team. They truly work for you, not against you.
