Meeting my expectations I set up an appointment to test drive an Ioniq.. and bought the vehicle on site! William was Great and felt no pressure and worked with me. I had major surgery two days later and my Ioniq was delivered a few weeks later. We really didn't have much time to go over the vehicle nuances.. nor the auto pay setup.. I will call and see how we can get this in order. There was no time to check out the service center because of my surgery but a free service was made available to me and at that time I will make a point of getting acquainted with the service dept. Thanks so much for offering such an amazing vehicle. ..!! More

First Salesman was great. Second one ruined it. Second salesman ruined the deal for us. VERY rude and unprofessional. The first salesman we dealt with was great. I can't remember his name but he's a Second salesman ruined the deal for us. VERY rude and unprofessional. The first salesman we dealt with was great. I can't remember his name but he's an older gentleman who recently started working here. He actually had us sold on a car and we were working up the paperwork. We walked in the building and were "greeted" (more like scowled at) by another salesman. According to the website his name is William. Website also claims he's professional but he was anything but that. He snapped at us and asked how we would be paying and then took our car back for an appraisal. Three other dealerships in town gave us a quote that was twice what he said. When my husband questioned it he literally yelled from his back office about how rough our car was and was SO rude and unprofessional. He couldn't be bothered to come out of his office and explain why he appraised our car how he did?? THAT is how they run their business?? Unfortunately, the salesman we were dealing with had to go back to him for approval and he offended us so badly we walked out. We were 99% sure we were going to get this car and I feel bad that the rude guy ruined a sale for his coworker. I will NEVER step foot in this place again. More

I'm not sure what you want us to say. Salesman was excellent. Not to happy with service department. We ordered the visors over all the windows and two of them were cracked. Also they should not spray armor all on the inside, they just made a mess of it. More
