The day I bought my car I was mentally prepared to go to different dealers since I already knew what I wanted. I was very specific on the features, colors, style, price, etc I wanted on my car a GMC Acadia different dealers since I already knew what I wanted. I was very specific on the features, colors, style, price, etc I wanted on my car a GMC Acadia Denali. My husband and I met Sergio and we told him our requirements. To our surprise he jump into the computer and look all over the state and outside the state until he found it. We went to the dealer a Friday night just before 4th of July and by next Friday I got my brand new Acadia Denali with all the features I requested, including the price and a little bit more. There was a problem when they went to pick up the car at the other dealer but Sergio kept me informed of every move, and more he went there in person to pick up my car to make sure I can have it as soon as possible. From all of my experiences buying cars this is so far the best. Sergio is more than an excellent sales man he becomes your friend and goes beyond the sales. Is like been at home with a really expensive family. And last but not least Mr. Bob Kuhn the financial guy, very helpful, friendly, and funny. I have bought many cars in the past-Village Buick/GMC is by far the best I have dealt with. No messing around-no tricks-just honest, good work.
