Brian is a very pleasant, honest, and personable man. He treated us with respect. Based on what we told him Brian showed us the GMC Terrain and compared it with several other models.Then we went for a test drive and the Terrain was exactly what we were looking for. The price was agreeable, and all paperwork was done within 2.5 hours. In the past we traded cars every 2-3 years, and this was one of the most pleasant experiences we ever had.
