I am so very pleased with my experience at Woody Buick GMC and my sales person Philip Parker, the attention paid to my detailed list of things I needed and my budget was amazing. They worked with me on the price, and I had done my homework and they as advertised had the Envision I wanted at the price that was advertised, it was truly an easy and fun experience making this new care purchase! Our family has only purchased from Philip Parker at Woody for years and we will be back again and again!!! Very dissatissfied with our dealing with Woody Buick. Car was advertised at $26k, but turned out there were additional hidden costs totalling over $1000 - like "Xzlion Treatment" and "Silent Security" t Car was advertised at $26k, but turned out there were additional hidden costs totalling over $1000 - like "Xzlion Treatment" and "Silent Security" that are basically worthless in my opinion. I thought those type of charges were illegal in Illinois unless they were in the advertised price. Also found out that car only had one fob after we agreed to buy the vehicle, and found that it can cost hundreds of dollars to get an additional one. Received no reply from repeated calls and emails except from Mario who said he was letting the used car manager Matt know about our concerns, and that Matt would get back to me. He never did. The car is satisfactory itself, but we will not purchase a vehicle from this dealer in the future. More
