Sam is excellent at what he does! !! Sam told us he has been selling cars for 18 years and it definitely shows! He was so very kind, patient and understanding with my elderly mother. H !! He listened and was not pushy or overbearing as some dealership can be. He did not try to put her into something she did not want to buy. My mom got the car she wanted at an excellent price. The process was simple and Sam took the time to explain everything to my Mom & I with this newer age of technology in vehicles, since she has never driven one. I would recommend seeing Sam and purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! They treat you like a real customer and build that long term relationship, which is what it is all about! Thank you Sam for all of your kind words and efficiency during this car buying process for my Mom! : ) More

I needed to complete a lease buyout for my GMC Acadia before the end of June. I originally leased it from Zimbrick in Madison and they were not able to complete my lease buyout due to being affected by before the end of June. I originally leased it from Zimbrick in Madison and they were not able to complete my lease buyout due to being affected by the CDK cyberattack. They suggested I go to the Woody dealership in Gurnee to see if they could help get it completed. Jeremey Reeves and Carlos Bermudez jumped right in to help and were able to get the lease buyout completed. They both made the process very easy and painless. They both were very easy going, have a great sense of humor and wonderful to work with. If you need to purchase a car, I highly recommend working with Jeremy and Carlos! You will have a wonderful experience working with them. More

My dad and I visited Woody in May to purchase a Rav4 that we really liked. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Rancharan who made the transaction very smooth. Throughout the experience, I got to witness we really liked. We had the pleasure of working with Mike Rancharan who made the transaction very smooth. Throughout the experience, I got to witness the honesty and expertise of Mike. He is a very down to earth guy and isn't one of those pushy salespeople. He was very understanding of what my dad wanted and worked with us to close the deal. There was an issue with the battery of the car where it kept dying and draining, so he had the battery replaced after they tested it and saw that it was a defective battery. He basically presented all of the facts about the car which included any flaws, and we really appreciated his honesty. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone, and I would love to work with him again in the future. Thanks Mike and team! More
