My husband and I drove to Huntsville (a 2 hour drive) to Woody Anderson Ford primarily as a result of a phone call he had with Jason Chicosky, sales rep. My husband had been looking for a F-150 and had very specific features he wanted the truck to have. Other dealers we had checked with and believe me we checked with a lot, did not seem to want to go the extra mile to see that we got exactly the truck we wanted. Jason understood and worked diligently to see that we did get exactly the truck we wanted. Jason was knowledgeable, a real people person and patient as well. As we made the transition from our 09 Ford to the new truck, we were made to feel at home. Speaking from a woman's perspective, sometimes I may feel a little a little out of place at a car dealership due to my lack of knowledge of cars/trucks but believe me, that was not the case at Woody Anderson. No question I asked was considered unimportant and I would not hesitate to call or visit with any concerns I may have. In a couple of years when we are shopping for another truck, I can assure you we will call Jason Chicosky and make the trip to Huntsville to Woody Anderson Ford. If you are looking for a new car or truck, I would definitely recommend that you call Jason Chicosky. Thanks for making our purchasing experience such a pleasant one. You guys are the best! More

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fiesta on 6/4/2012 and I must say that I totally enjoyed the friendly helpful service I received at Woody Anderson Ford. My overall experience at Woody Anderson Ford was outstanding. In fact, initally I was trying to decided between a Ford Edge and a Lexus RX 330. The sales representative, Jason Chicosky, provided excellent customer service. My eye was for the Lexus at the beginning so I still wanted to go check it out. When I arrived at the Lexus dealership, the sales rep wasn't nearly as friendly as Jason. In addition, Jason seemed more knowledgeable about the car that he was trying to sale to me, unlike the Lexus dealer. Customer service has always been important to me so this stood out the most with my experience at Woody Anderson. In fact, after viewing the Lexus, I went straight back to the Ford dealership. As I stated earlier, not only was I satisfied with the vehicle purchased but I was extremely satisfied with Jason's performance. He is an excellent representative and I will most certainly be back when I purchase another vehicle. More
We have taken our car to Woody Anderson multiple times and they continually fail to fix our problems. They cannot even do an alignment and after leaving, we have to go pay another place to fix it. How do you describe purchasing a $45,000 vehicle from someone you have never met, being over 700 miles away, and putting the trust in that pers name. Jim stayed in contact with me during the purchase, keeping me up to date on the order and delivery. When the vehicle (2012 Boss 302) arrived, Jim called and within two days, I had my new Boss 302. This had gone so well that I have a 2013 Boss 302 on order with Jim as well. I think that we both had developed the trust needed to have these transaction go smoothly. Jim is a great guy to deal with and have recommended him to several friends hundreds of miles away in other states. More
