The ONLY reason I bought my truck the day I visited the showroom was the knowledge of the store's stock and the diligence in finding what exactly would please me that Sally Rochelle provided. It also was such a pleasure to be treate as the actual person purchasing the vehicle when my spouse was with me, especially when this Texas gal wanted a truck! Woody Anderson has provided service on my spouse's trucks for several years now, so naturally I wanted to go there first to see what was available when I decided to get a vehicle for me to replace my aging SUV. I really am happy with the F150 I chose, and it has so much more capability than I thought was available for that model. From the inital selection of the truck through the delivery, Sally was always there to assist and answered every question I asked. She is like visiting a good friend every time we have come to the showroom. As a former business manager for a dealership in California, it was a great pleasure to do business with a vehicle salesperson who actually intended from the beginning to make sure the vehicle met the needs of the buyer without exerting any sales pressure. Thank you again Sally for learning my requirements and fitting me into such a perfect ride! Your name comes up first thing when anyone admires it and it sure gets lots of attention. More
Words cannot describe enough to how amazing everyone at Woody Anderson is. The "why" answers itself because the "why" is because of everyone that works there, especially Sally, and her team. I cannot express to you enough of how grateful I am for all of your help and amazing service you did for us. I walked in with a $400 a month car payment that I got forced into because of a lemon and Sally made it miracles happen. It took a few days and we were kind of at a stalemate but, somehow someway they she came threw for us. I am still in disbelief about how great you all were to me and my family. She stood outside right next to me in the heat sweating and all and talked to my wife over the phone numerous times to try and explain things. She also went threw all kinds of ideas trying to make it work for us and when we couldnt come to a conclusion they took one last effort and my car payment is now $122.00 a month on a used vehicle with gap insurance that it never had before and my car insurance went from $150.00 to $55.00. Sally, you have no idea how much this means to me. Katie and I have struggled so much and always had to make that terrible car payment and it always hurt us every where. Myself and another customer both experienced this wait, although when complained the staff seemed to respond. I do NOT appreciate the necessity to create an account with you to register a response to your request for a rating, I find this requirement intrusive and would like my account removed once you have logged this traffic. I have done so only out of respect and appreciation for Frank. I have done business with WA service for some time and have always been pleased with Eric, which is one reason I purchased a vehicle from WA even though I had received better offers from dealers in TN. Frank was great to work with! He actually stayed late to make sure I was taken care of and had a full tank of gas to head out the door. Jason already had the vehicle that I was interested in driving pulled up front with the windows down to help cool it out. Jason was very friendly and answered all my questions without being pushy. He also stayed well past closing to ensure I was taken are of in financing (at another dealership I have been left before). The service the day after the sale was the same when I came to pick up the Escape. I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone by coming back and he even took the time to show me the assisted parking again. More

Prior to making the drive into the dealer I called Jason and was very pleased with our conversation. Jason asked what we were looking for regarding color and features within the vehicle and how he could help. I scheduled an appointment and my wife and I meet with Jason at that time. Based on the types of vehicle I described on the phone Jason had that vehicle waiting for test drives when we arrived. Jason was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to our requirements. During the test drives he was asking very specific questions about our needs and wants and informing us on whether it was within our wish list. Personally I felt the questions Jason was asking during our test drives helped with a final decision, to buy. I would say over all the experience working with Jason Chicosky was very pleasant. My husband had been looking for a F-150 and had very specific features he wanted the truck to have. Other dealers we had checked with and believe me we checked with a lot, did not seem to want to go the extra mile to see that we got exactly the truck we wanted. Jason understood and worked diligently to see that we did get exactly the truck we wanted. Jason was knowledgeable, a real people person and patient as well. As we made the transition from our 09 Ford to the new truck, we were made to feel at home. Speaking from a woman's perspective, sometimes I may feel a little a little out of place at a car dealership due to my lack of knowledge of cars/trucks but believe me, that was not the case at Woody Anderson. No question I asked was considered unimportant and I would not hesitate to call or visit with any concerns I may have. In a couple of years when we are shopping for another truck, I can assure you we will call Jason Chicosky and make the trip to Huntsville to Woody Anderson Ford.
