Previous to September 2012 my only contact with Woody Anderson had been with the oil change facility. When it was time for the second oil change I was in Huntsville. I have been in the gasoline/diesel fuel/motor oil distribution business all my adult life. I have been involved with many auto service facilities. As was true with my wife, I was impressed with people and facilities at the Woody Anderson oil change facility. The donuts were good too. My daughter still some kind of business with the company and would talk about how nice everyone was and if I bought another Ford I should but it at Woody Anderson. Unknown to her I had been looking for another Edge for about five months with no luck. I told her what I wanted and what I would pay and 2-3 days later she called and said I better plan a quick trip to Huntsville, I had bought a car. She dealt with Jason and said he was great. When my wife and I came down Jason met with us to deliver the car and was very helpful and friendly. Since the sale had been agreed on all I had to do was meet with Kristen for the paperwork, which I do not enjoy. Kristen made this as easy as possible. We returned to Kentucky the next day with our new Edge. If I am in Alabama when service is due I will go Woody Anderson. More

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Frank. I came in on a Friday afternoon and it started raining while we were looking at a car. He stood fast and asked me if I wanted to take it out for a test drive. His integrity and ethics are passed on to the customers through via the efforts and personalities of his excellent team of Service Advisors and Technicians. Our requested advisor is Erica Ortiz. She is very pleasant, professionally polished and communicates extremely well. If you ever need parts (because warranties do expire), Jeff Waddell is a specialist who is excellent in every sense of the word. I have leased/purchased 2 vehicles in the past from this dealership. The experience was great then and seems to be even better now. Upon arriving home after taking delivery of my Fusion I noticed the car was not cleaned properly (windows and interior). Jason personally picked up my car at my home the next morning and took it to the dealership for proper cleaning. He arranged for a Woody Anderson staff member to return my car once the issue was resolved. This was all done in a timely manner. My "new to me" used car was under still under warranty, but when I needed to use the warranty, the company didn't want to cover the repairs. Thanks to Frank and the maintenance records he found from before I owned the vehicle, the repairs to my car were covered! It didn't cost me a dime! That kind of customer service cannot be taught!
