She was very patient with all our questions, did the research if she did not know and was very good at the answers in a timely manner. We appreciated her help very much Although she was often busy when we were there,she made us feel like our business mattered. It took us so long to decide on a vehicle,I'm sure she wondered if we would ever be satisfied. All the final paper work, extended warrenty etc. was done by Chris Waggett. He was very easy to work with and handled the closing papers in a very swift manner. More

I talk with Don he then put me with Sally Rochelle "Great listener; we looked at few that I had in mind test drove one of them Sally listen to me as I talked about the Budget and price she ask a few questions and made a suggestion about a F150 and the difference between the Ranger I was looking at; and the over all need for my business I was not looking at giving up anything as far as the Ranger went but I would be able to do all the different task with the F150 it was a 2006 model clean so off for a test drive we went after returning to the lot I could see that this was more of what I need.. and continued with the paper work and ofcourse the price :) this also went very well I had accomplished finding a good work truck a a fair price .. THANKS to a Few good listeners ... The salesman (Mr. Jim Sigle) kept me informed every step of the way on the status of the vehicle I ordered. Once my 2013 Boss 302 arrived, Jim gave me a vehicle orientation and ensured I was totally famili of the way on the status of the vehicle I ordered. Once my 2013 Boss 302 arrived, Jim gave me a vehicle orientation and ensured I was totally familiar with operations/onboard equipment. Furthermore, he followed thru with calls approximately once a week to ensure I was totally satisfied and always asked if I had any questions/concerns. The follow-on SYNC orientation (~ 1hr) was especially helpful and in my opinion, was a service above and beyond the responsibility of the dealership. The General Manager, as well as Department Directors, were introduced to the class. Each appeared generally concerned for attendees 'satisfaction' with their new vehicles and the dealership in general. Woody Anderson Ford is definitely a 'top-notch' organization where Customer Service (after the sale) seems to be a top priority. More
Well let's say when I came to Jim I knew I would be a special case. I needed another vehicle to fit my single mom budget annd also work thru negative equity. This is the first time I’ve made a vehicle purchase from Woody Anderson Ford and I am very impressed. You are well aware of all of the things that you took care of for me and there was zero hassle with any of your staff that I came in contact with. That’s something that really matters to me. I’m accustomed to being treated as though it’s a privilege to do business with dealership or to even get some of their time to answer a few questions. I honestly cannot think of anything that could have been handled better. I would say that you folks have a pretty good handle on what it means to provide real customer service! The details: Jason for the sales experience and personal care. Kristin for the fast and efficient paperwork process. She had everything ready to go when I walked in. Carey the service manager for the quick resolution and expert advice. Don at the sales tower for direct responses without the political correctness. It didn’t take long to settle on a final price. Kim in the service department for owning my issue until I got to where I needed to be, even though I should have been speaking with the PDI professional. Tiffany, the PDI professional, for being thorough and accommodating every request I had. Clay in the sales department for letting me know about all of the standard service offerings and usual items that are completed on your used / CPO inventory. Last is Katie. I emailed George with some stock numbers and advised him when I would be in town. Upon my arrival George had the keys and vehicles out front. We made a few test drives and he could answer any questions I had of any of the vehicles. George is always friendly and courteous making your vehicle shopping experience a pleasure. She took special care to help with my 92 year old mother-in-law who waited while I finished all the paperwork. My husband and I where out driving around looking for a car and we came to Huntsville. Woody Anderson Ford was the first place we seen so we stopped. Jason Chicosky came out to greet us and was very helpful in answering all of the questions my husband had,and if he didnt know the answer he went right then and found out. I think he knew i didnt want to leave without this car so we started the paperwork and was introduced to Aaron Looney the financial manager who was also a very pleasant man that helped to get us the price we wanted and the payments we needed. it was getting very late and he ask did we want to come back Monday and finish up and we said that would be fine.then Jason handed me a set of keys.I was like what are these for? and he said its your car drive it home!!!(ONE VERY HAPPY WIFE)!! the experince with both of these gentleman was very stress free and a pleasure to work with..We would recommend Woody Anderson Ford and Jason and Aaron if you want to have a stress free buying experince.. we walked away with the car i wanted 2 ink pens that i wanted from each of them.. Previous to September 2012 my only contact with Woody Anderson had been with the oil change facility. When it was time for the second oil change I was in Huntsville. I have been in the gasoline/diesel fuel/motor oil distribution business all my adult life. I have been involved with many auto service facilities. As was true with my wife, I was impressed with people and facilities at the Woody Anderson oil change facility. The donuts were good too. My daughter still some kind of business with the company and would talk about how nice everyone was and if I bought another Ford I should but it at Woody Anderson. Unknown to her I had been looking for another Edge for about five months with no luck. I told her what I wanted and what I would pay and 2-3 days later she called and said I better plan a quick trip to Huntsville, I had bought a car. She dealt with Jason and said he was great. When my wife and I came down Jason met with us to deliver the car and was very helpful and friendly. Since the sale had been agreed on all I had to do was meet with Kristen for the paperwork, which I do not enjoy. Kristen made this as easy as possible. We returned to Kentucky the next day with our new Edge. If I am in Alabama when service is due I will go Woody Anderson. More
I’m not a big fan of reviews. They were an excellent dealership which I expect nothing less. If things weren’t as advertised or expected, they promptly fixed the issue.
