I could not imagine a more pleasant car buying experience. Biff was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying as well as the vehicle we were trading in. Jason Chicosky our sales person made this experience a true pleasure. Being new to Alabama we decided to find a dealer who participated in the Costco program. When we did I was disappointed to learn it was 110 miles away in another city. None the less the drive was worthwhile for sure. Jason worked with me during the week to educate me on the Costco buying program, the specific vehicle options and Woody Anderson Ford. During the entire process we all felt he was willing to educate us and be patient with any questions we had. We were helping my mother select a car and so although I did the preliminary shopping, she had to make the final selection. The true "confirmation" of Jason's success came when we got home and I heard my mother call all of her friends and tell them how "great" Jason was and how easy it was to buy a car from Woody Anderson Ford. Jasmine handled familiarizing my mother with all of the details on her car and she was not only well-educated but extremely patient and made the process helpful to my mother.
