After doing a lot of research, we found that the Fusion Hybrid and Energi were highly rated beating out the Toyota this year. After driving this car we understand why. As for the salesman, Jim explained everything exceptionally well. The best part was that these vehicles, which can be difficult to find, was available at this dealership through the commitment of the owner to get them on the lot quickly. Typically only large metro areas get these first. We fell in love with the car and the staff at WAF. They were helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. We felt at home and never felt pressured. Jim took his time to take us through all the features, the pluses and minuses, and then took us through a test drive that clearly showed how the car works and reacts on the road. Truly this was a superb effort on their part. After 20 years of Volvos, we are back in a Ford and WE LOVE IT. Thanks Jim and Don! More
