We visited to replace our two vehicles, 8 and 10 years old. I had researched pricing for the new vehicles and used ones on various internet resources. The net deal came out very close to where I thought it should be and there was no "hassle" in the process. Once we made the purchase, Jasmine Battle helped us thru the details of operation and electronics, including blue tooth and web set ups, while the autos were prepared for delivery. jasmine also provided fresh cookies. We do not buy cars very often and do not look forward to the process, but this was the exception, very smooth and easy. From Brian Jager, who was the first person we spoke with until the moment we drove off the lot, the overall experience was very pleasant. We felt everyone was there to help us and to work around our schedule. We never felt pressured to buy with Vickie Dion but we did feel that she wanted to help us find the vehicle we wanted. The finance person was also very helpful. The jeep we decided to purchase was cleaned and we were ready to leave within a reasonable amount of time. Vickie even called us on the drive home to check on us. She has also called to see if I am still enjoying my Jeep Wrangler and I told her, "I love it." More

Sometimes when you are just shopping you dont like being interupted, finding the right time from a saleman perspective to ask, "may I help you?" can be ellusive for some. Mykayla on the other hand was spot on, not to early and not to late and most of all not pushy. She new the car I was looking at and eventually bought, more on that in a bit. She knew how how all the gagets worked and was eager to demonstrate. As far as the purchase process, I cannot complain, in fact I am well pleased. She and the dealership were extremely helpful providing logistical support so that I could return the rental car, pickup laundry and still drive home in the new car! Now that is what I call service. As you can read I have not a ill word to say for Mykayla or Woody Anderson Ford, so Ms Anderson, that you for the great staff and Mykayla is a keeper. More
