We found the car we wanted on Cars.com. It was at Woody Anderson's Madison, AL location. When we arrived there to look at the car it was not there. They moved it to the Huntsville location. We made to drive to Huntsville where they had pulled it up for us and Mykayla Johnson greeted us. I had found the car I wanted. It had every option and was awesome, until we got in. The previous owner was obviously was a smoker. It took us awhile to decide to buy it because of the odor, but they assured us that they could get it out. Anyway, we started the negotiation process and I feel that Mykayla did her best to get us a price that was fair to all involved. Everyone that helped us were friendly and I feel that it was a fast process and not painful at all. They were not pushy. They gave us plenty of time to decide on our own. I HATE going to dealerships where they just about force you to buy and will not let you just look and leave if you're not interested. Anyway, it was all good. And, my husband and I found it interesting that we only dealt with female employees the whole time we were there. Pretty cool. More

The employees of the Woody Anderson Ford car dealership treated me like royalty. They gave me 100% of their attention. My salesperson, Tony Turner, is always delightful because he has a very positive outlook. He always has a big smile, is kind, and cares about his customers. Kristin Wilson with the finance department had a winning personality. We connected quickly and she made it a very relaxing experience. Mick Wilson was the consummate professional. Everything Anthony said they would do - was done. And in a timely manner. There was mud on the carpet in the trunk, and they were able to get that out. I have never had such a wonderful experience and Daniel was so informative. His personality is the reason that I drove the car off of the lot!
