I drove from East Tenn down to Woody Anderson for a new F150. I bought through Costco and was connected with Jason. The process could not have been better. Well, i guess it would have been better if I didn't have to drive 4 hours to get there, but I would (and will) do it again. Absolutely worth the drive. I should add that they alleviated my fears about not choosing a local dealer, there was a minor issue on delivery that i didn't catch while i was picking up the truck, but they worked with my local dealer to get it taken care of. I highly recommend Jason Chicosky and the Woody Anderson team, and the Costco deal. More

Biff made my purchase of a big beautiful super shiny Ford 150, a fun experience! I liked his easy to talk to approach. He was able to answer my questions and allow me to make my own decisions. I walked into the dealership 3 weeks ago to test drive a Mustang. I was greeted with plenty of Hi's and smiling faces to help me. I returned 5/15 to buy my Mustang. I went in to test drive a truck that I was going to purchase thru another dealer (I have a person at the other dealership that I have worked with before). I told them that I was wanting to test drive purchase thru another dealer (I have a person at the other dealership that I have worked with before). I told them that I was wanting to test drive but I would be buying from the other dealer. They said no problem but could they give me a price and see if they could beat the other dealer. I test drove. Came back. They asked where I needed to be to buy from them. They matched it so I purchased from them. No haggle. No problems. This is definetly the way to buy a new vehicle. More

We worked with Anthony for several days looking a different cars to help us get better gas mileage and a better car payment. We tried the Focus Electric over night, but had issues with it charging a different cars to help us get better gas mileage and a better car payment. We tried the Focus Electric over night, but had issues with it charging all the way overnight; however, it drove great. Next we tried the gas Focus, because we wanted to see if there was a big difference, also the gas would be more probable when it comes to making trips to see grandma. Anthony explained everything top to bottom on every vehicle we looked at, the CMAX, Focus Gas, Electric, and Hybrid, Fusion and Fusion Hybrid, and Mustang. Anthony was knowledgeable, answering every question we had. We did decided that right now was not the right time to trade for us; however, we would recommend Anthony and Woody Anderson Ford to any of our friends! More

The service department at Woody Anderson Ford in Huntsville is horrible. My vehicle has been there for 3 weeks now I have yet to receive a phone call from the service department on the status. I have had to call them numerous times to get an update on my vehicle and you are lucky if someone answers the phone. Even when I told me insurance company who was service my vehicle they said "I have heard about them" and the poor service that they provide. I would strongly recommend never taking a vehicle to the service department at Woody Anderson Ford of Huntsville. I work for a very large company and all the feedback I have received has been very negative. More
