Woody Anderson Ford was the third dealership I visited on a very hot and humid Saturday, with wonderful pop up showers. The next dealership was covered up and you could tell they weren't worried about any efforts to make a sale. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle at the Woody Anderson dealership Adrian walked right up to me and my daughter and asked if he could help us. Little did he know he would spend the rest of his Saturday with me and then part of his Monday evening driving cars. I was going from a mini van with power everything to a sedan and am picky. He never once seemed agitated and was actually selecting more cars as he was able to get a better picture of what I wanted. Aaron in finance was wonderful. I went into the dealership with financing but he was very knowledgeable of the company I went with and was a wonderful asset when I did decide on a vehicle. Mark, manager, was wonderful to work with too. He was very sincere in making sure I was pleased with my overall experience. There was also no fuss over the cost, very reasonable. That is why when my husband's truck was totalled in an accident less than a month later, we went back without a second thought to purchase his next vehicle. We worked with the same team and they were awesome! They all remembered us by name when we walked in for this vehicle too. We will go back to Woody Anderson Ford with all our vehicle needs! More

We were looking online for a new Expedition and found one, so I (a mother of 2), called to inquire. Adam was so helpful and did not seem to mind answering my questions, checking on prices, figuring my tr one, so I (a mother of 2), called to inquire. He followed up with me, so my husband and I decided to drive from Florence to Huntsville to further see if we could agree on numbers and get our family a new Expedition. Adam met us on the lot. He was knowledgeable and prepared. He allowed us to test drive the car while they assessed our trade. From that point forward, things went very smooth. The process was fast but complete, and we were completely satisfied. Adam was friendly, as well as the other staff we met and eager to "make us happy". The price was right where we needed it to be and I felt like they truly wanted this to be a good fit all the way around for my family! When pricing was discussed, Mr. Anderson did not lead me through that long song-and-dance about slowly whittling down the offer un I wanted promptly. WOW WOW WOW. I went to another area dealership to look at another brand and was highly disappointed in the vehicle and the staff. I was not approached by anyone and when I found a salesman and telling him wh another brand and was highly disappointed in the vehicle and the staff. I was not approached by anyone and when I found a salesman and telling him what I was looking for I was not offered a test drive of the vehicle. I told my husband that I wanted to go to the Ford dealership and look at the Escapes. We looked around for a few minutes when here came Adrian Koby riding up on a golf cart asking if we would like some help. He asked what we would like to look at, showed them to us and offered a test drive. I was really dreading buying a new car because of past experiences but Adrian and all of the folks at Woody Anderson Ford were the best. I would recommend this dealership and Adrian Koby to everyone I meet and show my new car to. Yes I did ride off into the sunset so to speak with a new ride and a smile on my face.
