I did not end up buying a new car there (or anywhere else because a friend of mine knew someone selling a similar type car that was only a few years old and I got a super low price--no dealer anywhere could compete with it.) However, Adrian Koby, the saleman who showed me around, was so friendly and helpful during my visit there that I felt I had to let people know how pleasant he made the whole shopping experience, something that is not often the case. Not only was he very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions--some of which I already knew the answers to but wanted to make sure the salesperson knows their stuff--but he was able to point out some things I did not know and offer alternatives to the models I was looking at. He was also extremely pleasant and did not make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision then and there. He always maintained a very friendly and courteous attitude. When I look for cars in the future I plan on starting at Woody Anderson and hope that Adrian is still there. More

Adrian is probabaly the best salesperson I have ever worked with over the years. He will not pressure you and he will always answer his phone when you call. I bought a Kia Soul Sport from Woody Anderson a few months ago and haven't had a good experience. The salesman, Michael Bowe, was dishonest about the gas mileage of this vehicle and made no indication months ago and haven't had a good experience. The salesman, Michael Bowe, was dishonest about the gas mileage of this vehicle and made no indication of after-market parts. These after-market parts have been a serious issue. The steering wheel shook, but not until speeds of 65mph or greater were reached. I took the car back and spoke to John Brinkman after finding this out to allow the dealership to correct this. They had trouble finding the problem, and when they did, it took them more than a week to "take care of it". The diagnosis was that the car needed spacers due to the after-market wheels. In the process of fixing the issue, they broke a wheel cap. The shaking is not as severe, but it is still a problem one month later. I have attempted to contact the service team for three weeks. They informed me that the wheel cap arrived and is ready to be put on, but when I called to see if I could come by and let them put it on, the lady who answered the phone said that they had no idea where the part is. It is very hard to reach anyone. I am very displeased with this dealership and have no plans to do business with them again. The gentleman who worked with me on finances was polite and they were able to give me a fair price on my trade-in. I would advise anyone that wants to buy from this dealership to only buy Ford products, as Mr. Brinkman told me that the service department has limited knowledge and experience with any other make of car. I would also advise that you get your vehicle serviced elsewhere because of the level of disorganization and poor communication makes it very difficult to work with these guys. More

Woody Anderson Ford was the third dealership I visited on a very hot and humid Saturday, with wonderful pop up showers. The next dealership was covered up and you could tell they weren't worried about any efforts to make a sale. As soon as I stepped out of my vehicle at the Woody Anderson dealership Adrian walked right up to me and my daughter and asked if he could help us. Little did he know he would spend the rest of his Saturday with me and then part of his Monday evening driving cars. I was going from a mini van with power everything to a sedan and am picky. He never once seemed agitated and was actually selecting more cars as he was able to get a better picture of what I wanted. Aaron in finance was wonderful. I went into the dealership with financing but he was very knowledgeable of the company I went with and was a wonderful asset when I did decide on a vehicle. Mark, manager, was wonderful to work with too. He was very sincere in making sure I was pleased with my overall experience. There was also no fuss over the cost, very reasonable. That is why when my husband's truck was totalled in an accident less than a month later, we went back without a second thought to purchase his next vehicle. We worked with the same team and they were awesome! They all remembered us by name when we walked in for this vehicle too. We will go back to Woody Anderson Ford with all our vehicle needs! More
