This was my first experience with buying a new car. Mykayla was friendly, very considerate of our wants/needs in a vehicle, and was patient while my husband and I discussed things. When we were torn between two vehicles, instead of trying to push the more expensive car she offered to let us drive one of the vehicles for a day or so. Though my husband and I declined this generous offer, it made a wonderful impression on us about the Woody Anderson Ford dealership. Based on our experience with this dealer, I would tell people that they understand what a big investment a vehicle is, they try to make you feel at home, and honestly did not make me feel like "just a number." We were in the Finance office after business hours and Chris was friendly also. (I know I wouldn't have been too happy to have to stay at my job for an extra hour or so, on a Friday night!!) To me, if customer service is at the top of your priority list choosing Woody Anderson Ford is a no-brainer!! My husband and I had gone earlier in the day to another dealership in town, and found that their sales staff was very pushy and honestly, wouldn't let us leave without bringing in upper management. That was a major turn off for me! It was so refreshing to go to Woody Anderson Ford immediately after that and be treated wonderfully! More
Amazing experience buying a car! We started our buying process with phone calls with mykayla and by the time we came into the dealership to look we knew exactly what we wanted. While signing paperwork other associates directed my children to a lounge area with a variety if snacks and cartoons. This was a VERY important quality in the dealership that made my experience and exceptional one. All the sales consultants were friendly and work great with each other! More
I was in the market to get a 2013 Ford Fusion. Mykayla Johnson met me at the door with a warm welcome and recommended we look at the certified pre-owned lot of vehicles first. It just so happened that there was a 2013 Ford Fusion on that lot that was a leased vehicle with a very reasionable price tag for the features it included. Mykayla knew a lot about the vehicle, and her knowledge really helped. We took it for a test drive and when got back to the dealership i was informed that the vehicle had already had a down payment on it, and was in holding. The next day Mykayla called to inform me that the hold had been released so with my permission she put down a payment in my name. I'm so thankful that she did that because there was already another customer on their way to finance to purchase the vehicle. Mykayla went the extra mile to make sure that i got the vehicle i wanted. The dealership had a different person for each step of the purchase in which, making that associate have complete and excellent knowledge of their function, i.e. salesman, Andrian, knew everything about the car and was able to answer any question. Jason was the financial portion and was exceptional with his knowledge in finance and what Ford had to offer in services. Finally, Jasmine, helped explain the interior functions of the car which made my life much easier! More

My wife has some medical issues that made it difficult to find a vehicle should could drive comfortably, but Nikki was undaunted and spent extra time finding candidate vehicles for us to try. We finally decided on a Nissan Armada, and the manager agreed to fix some issues we saw with the vehicle. The finance department handled the sales smoothly as well. All in all, a very good experience. More

I did not end up buying a new car there (or anywhere else because a friend of mine knew someone selling a similar type car that was only a few years old and I got a super low price--no dealer anywhere could compete with it.) However, Adrian Koby, the saleman who showed me around, was so friendly and helpful during my visit there that I felt I had to let people know how pleasant he made the whole shopping experience, something that is not often the case. Not only was he very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions--some of which I already knew the answers to but wanted to make sure the salesperson knows their stuff--but he was able to point out some things I did not know and offer alternatives to the models I was looking at. He was also extremely pleasant and did not make me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision then and there. He always maintained a very friendly and courteous attitude. When I look for cars in the future I plan on starting at Woody Anderson and hope that Adrian is still there. More
Adrian is probabaly the best salesperson I have ever worked with over the years. He will not pressure you and he will always answer his phone when you call.
