I came on to the lot knowing what truck I wanted with what options. It took 3 hours of wandering around their lot to figure out that there wasn't a truck that was equipped the way I wanted it. It was too long of a process that I attribute to a disorganized inventory. Well, my salesman finally offered to do a web search and found the truck that was equipped like I wanted and offered to have it brought to Huntsville. So, I leave after a total of about 4 hours on the lot. I told my salesman my work schedule and when I could come back to see the truck when it arrived. Well, that didn't matter because I got two phone calls expecting me to be able to come back to the showroom at a moments notice. I came back to the dealership in a few days to see they truck they had brought in and it was what I was looking for, but it was as dirty as could be. It was covered in pollen and had a rock chip and dent on one fender already. So into the finance office to work a deal. Well, the salesman and finance manager never asked if I was ok with the price and had been going on sticker price. Well, I wasn't going to pay full sticker and so when I start to negotiate, Kristen balks. When I tell Michael my offer and he takes it to his boss, Kristen says quietly "That's way off base." I was pissed. What happened to the customer was always right?! I was ready to walk out, but I proceeded to finally negotiate a final price. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, there was a lady that was supposed to show me the features. She was able to sync my phone, but she wasn't able to set any of the advanced features. My biggest question at that time was how to operate the jack and spare tire. She had no idea and had to get Michael who had to read the owners manual to figure it out. My biggest problems have been since the sale with Quicklane and Eric Wisenant. A couple of weeks after the sale, I went to have my truck looked at because the AC is xxxx poor. Well, it was within specs even though it has about half the cooling power of my trade in. And while I was there, I asked to have my tires topped off with nitrogen. They had been 37-38 psi and needed to be at 40psi. The shop takes my truck over to quick lane and tells me it is going to be an hour and a half! They bring the truck back and they have filled the tires with nitrogen and did purges like it was switching from air filled to nitrogen! The idiots wasted an hour and a half of my time filling the tires with nitrogen when they already had it! A few days after that, I check my tire pressures and they were all at 32-33 psi! My tires were supposed to be set at 40 psi! These idiots couldn't even fill up a tire with nitrogen to the correct pressure! I'm fuming mad. These people shouldn't be allowed to have sharp scissors much less work on vehicles! So I go back and have to watch them fill up the tires. Well even after all these problems, they set the pressure at 40, well anybody that passed high school should know gasses expand when heated and that's why you set tire pressure when the tires are cold. Well, this flunky set them to 40 while they were hot from just being driven to the dealership. He was convinced by devious marketing that nitrogen doesn't expand and so it didn't matter that they were hot. A few weeks later I come in for my first oil change, just since I had credit. Well, I am sitting in the lobby and the Eric Wisenant orders the wrong oil from the parts dept! It's a dealership service center. They are supposed to know what oil to use in my truck! When I tell him, he dismisses the incident and says "we would have caught it." A few days later I get a voicemail from him following up, and again he says the wrong type of oil. If they can't get the oil type and tire pressures right, I don't trust this place with anything more dangerous than a spoon, certainly not my truck. More

The service I had received in the past at Woody Anderson in Madison was the reason I wanted to buy my new vehicle from Woody Anderson instead of the other Ford dealers. He was very respectful and did not talk down to us like we were dumb women like some car salesmen did at other dealerships we went to before going to Woody Anderson Ford. Adrian worked with our strict budget and helped us get Caroline into a safe, great Ford vehicle. I can't thank Adrian enough for helping us and for being so great to us. Amazing experience buying a car! We started our buying process with phone calls with mykayla and by the time we came into the dealership to look we knew exactly what we wanted. While signing paperwork other associates directed my children to a lounge area with a variety if snacks and cartoons. This was a VERY important quality in the dealership that made my experience and exceptional one. All the sales consultants were friendly and work great with each other! More
This was my first experience with buying a new car. Mykayla was friendly, very considerate of our wants/needs in a vehicle, and was patient while my husband and I discussed things. When we were torn between two vehicles, instead of trying to push the more expensive car she offered to let us drive one of the vehicles for a day or so. Though my husband and I declined this generous offer, it made a wonderful impression on us about the Woody Anderson Ford dealership. Based on our experience with this dealer, I would tell people that they understand what a big investment a vehicle is, they try to make you feel at home, and honestly did not make me feel like "just a number." We were in the Finance office after business hours and Chris was friendly also. (I know I wouldn't have been too happy to have to stay at my job for an extra hour or so, on a Friday night!!) To me, if customer service is at the top of your priority list choosing Woody Anderson Ford is a no-brainer!! My husband and I had gone earlier in the day to another dealership in town, and found that their sales staff was very pushy and honestly, wouldn't let us leave without bringing in upper management. That was a major turn off for me! It was so refreshing to go to Woody Anderson Ford immediately after that and be treated wonderfully! More

I was in the market to get a 2013 Ford Fusion. Mykayla Johnson met me at the door with a warm welcome and recommended we look at the certified pre-owned lot of vehicles first. It just so happened that there was a 2013 Ford Fusion on that lot that was a leased vehicle with a very reasionable price tag for the features it included. Mykayla knew a lot about the vehicle, and her knowledge really helped. We took it for a test drive and when got back to the dealership i was informed that the vehicle had already had a down payment on it, and was in holding. The next day Mykayla called to inform me that the hold had been released so with my permission she put down a payment in my name. I'm so thankful that she did that because there was already another customer on their way to finance to purchase the vehicle. Mykayla went the extra mile to make sure that i got the vehicle i wanted.
