My wife and I went to Woody Anderson Ford on a Sunday, and I was looking at the selection of F150's that were on the lot. As we were walking around I spotted an F150 Lariat, white, that was a Demo vehicle and I was looking at the selection of F150's that were on the lot. Adrian Koby, a sales rep, was riding the bike. He stopped, introduced himself, gave us a card, and asked if I had any questions. He said that if I wanted to take a look at the truck, to come in on Monday. I went in on Monday evening and Adrian went over the vehicle. As it was a demo, it had a few miles on it. Adrian suggested that I take the truck for a few days and if I don't absolutely love it, to bring it back. On Thursday I had returned the truck. It was a nice truck, but I was still quite apprehensive due to the mileage. Adrian suggested that I take a look at a couple of the other Lariat's on the lot. As I didn't want a 4-wheel drive the selection was significantly lowered. As he was taking me around the lot, he showed me a silver FX2 and a blue Lariat. I did a test drive and a side by side comparison of the FX2 and the Lariat. The FX2 won. Adrian again suggested that I drive the truck home for a few days and then make a decision. I did, was impressed and then I went in and bought the truck. Jason Chicosky, the finance manager, also was extremely helpful. He made sure that we were aware of all the required paperwork, answered all the questions that we had, and was very professional. This is my second purchase from Woody Anderson Ford and I can say that this purchase definitely exceeded my expectations. Not that the first purchase was a bad experience, but the professionalism and courtesy of Adrian and Jason far outperformed the previous purchase. I can say with 100% confidence that I would recommend Woody Anderson Ford. Great Job!! More

We special ordered a Raptor and Jason kept us updated as to the status. He was great to work with. Had a good experience with the dealership in purchasing my 2008 WRX. Anthony went above and beyond in tracking down the info I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. I like that after I made my first offer, they made me what I considered to be a fair, "take it or leave it" counter offer instead of us piddling around for hours haggling. Clutch went out not long after I bought the car. Technically they probably didn't have to per the terms of the warranty, but they replaced the clutch anyway. I would be glad to do business with them again. More

I'm very appreciative of Mr. Stevenson and everyone that helped me. He was also very patient with me and did not try to pressure me into buying the vehicle. I was very interested in purchasing the car, I called and inquired about financing and within a matter of minutes Mr. Lamont Stevenson returned my call with the approval to finance. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Mr. Doug Drake, Finance Manager, had already prepared my paperwork, answered all my questions, and Mr. Lamont Stevenson had my car ready to go. I've never been to any dealership that provided the courtesy service that I was given at "Woody Anderson Ford". I was treated like family. The truck was advertised as automatic transmission, actually a straight shift, FALSE ADVERTISING. I was told the truck had just come in and there hadn't been time to check it but it would be thoroughly actually a straight shift, FALSE ADVERTISING. I was told the truck had just come in and there hadn't been time to check it but it would be thoroughly checked and anything not operational would be repaired prior to me picking it up, as well as a 169 point safety inspection would be done and all needed repairs would be taken care of. When I picked it up, 6 DAYS after the papers were signed, I noticed some issues with the truck. I was told the problems were mine and no repairs would be done, until I mentioned the truck was purchased with a 90 day warranty. These problems were finally repaired after some phone calls and discussions. I carried the truck to have the front end alignment checked, thinking it had a 169 point safety check by this dealer and there could not be any problems, the ball joints were worn out and 2 shops refused to align the front end. When the previous mentioned repairs were done at the dealership, I was told the truck shop remembered my truck. They were told by the sales department to change the oil, install the tires, and repair the overhead console, which took 6 days. They were also told to treat it like it had been wholesaled out. I paid NADA Retail price. BAD BALL JOINTS ARE A SAFETY ISSUE NOT ONLY TO THE DRIVER BUT ALSO TO OTHER DRIVERS ON THE ROAD. This dealership wants everyone to believe they are a family type business, I would not put my family on the road in an UNSAFE vehicle. This dealership started with an advertisement that contained untruths and they have ended with an untruth, I was told Cliff, the manager, would call me on 10/12/13 and that didn't happen either. The LIES continue. I RECCOMMEND EVERYONE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS FAST AS THEY CAN, unless they want to be LIED to. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH A CHEVROLET, ALWAYS OWNED CHEVY, SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT CHEVROLET. The lies and NOT HONORING the SUPPOSED WARRANTY to repair the ball joints are the reason for a poor rating of this dealership. SAFETY FIRST, SAFETY ALWAYS. More
